Not sure where to begin but I guess we’ll start with trying to reserve a room via their website….doesn’t work …tried 5 times no luck. So I send them an email to their two email addresses , no response from either after resending within 48 hours. Ok…I’ll call..no answer first 3 times…4th time a success! Reservation made. Arrived at airport called for shuttle pickup. Ok 20 minutes, mind you it’s literally 300 meters away 20 minutes,25 minutes,30 minutes,35 minutes. So I walked Hotel is locked up , lock on door front desk clerk let’s me in. Told her to cancel the shuttle since I was here already…she just smiled and looked at the two shuttle vans parked on front. Went to tell her my name for tbe reservation but she already knew and handed me my key. Elevator is scary, apparently once you close the door an outer frame slides over tbe opening…cute except that whoever installed it didn’t measure correctly and you can’t open the elevator because the frame (glass) is preventing the door from opening freely. Had to push with a measured amount of force to open but not break the frame. Room was clean but the mattress was very hard and they don’t have regular size pillows , just half size “cushions “ for pillows. They don’t use bottom fitted sheets on tbe mattress , they use top sheets that are not big enough for the e bed so they can’t tuck in under the mattress to keep them in place. There are no mattress covers on the mattress. Shower was strong but water was only warm due to their use of solar water heaters. Apparently there hadn’t been a lot of sun lately so no hot water. Breakfast was ok but the coffee was horrible. On the website the hotel looks good and in person it presents a good first impression but it’s just a mirage. Unfortunately, I needed to stay because my flight got in very late. Avoid if you can but if you must …be aware
