we only stopped for a coffee on a tuk tuk ride , great views right on the rivers edge , it was like a safari as we watched chipmunks scurrying around , water monitors, bats hanging in the trees , kingfisher diving in the river ,a kite and sea eagles diving for chicken thrown by the waiters ( who fed them daily ) talked about a crocodile but he didn’t show up , drinks and coffee were of a good quality and we were taken onto their roof to enjoy the views and point out our hotel , a young man using a type of whistle called the sea eagles to come and feed, and we watched them being fed , it was so enjoyable we stayed ages , ( we gave them money to buy more chicken to feed the birds and they returned our change saying it was to much ) really kind genuine waiters, glimpsed their Resturant that looked nice , go for a drink you won’t be disappointed

We’d chosen this hotel among the great number of others because of its photos, other tourists’ reviews and our desire to live in such good conditions during our vacation in Sri-Lanka. And this choice had been the best! All the staff of Arena hotel is like a real family! They knew every tourist, tried to make staying at the hotel very comfortable and smiled all the time so sincerely! We’d become like relatives with then! The food at the sky-restaurant was very tasty! Our room was small but very cozy and clean! Everything was as good as possible! Especially I’d like to thank main manager of the hotel Kosala who helped us for several times and was very kind to us. And my best wishes to waiters Ravindu and Samira! You’d made our vacation very nice!

отличное место расположение, чудесный и просторный пляж в пяти минутах от отеля по речке (отдельное тропическое удовольствие), трансферы от отеля бесплатно каждые 1-2 часа. чистые уютные номера, рекомендую выбирать с видом на речку - это вау!).свежее постельное белье, никаких насекомых). вернусь и благодарю за гостеприимство!

Wir waren im März Arena Hotel in beruwala. Es war von Anfang bis Ende ein entspannter Aufenthalt. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilft wo es nur kann. Das leckere Frühstück wird direkt an der Lagune unter einem Mangrovendach eingenommen, in der vierten Etage des Hotels gibt es einen Rooftopbar, wo man abends super lecker essen gehen kann. Zum Strand sind es ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß, man bekommt aber auch einen kostenlosen Service wo man mit einem Boot zum schönen Strand gefahren wird und wenn man möchte auch später wieder abgeholt wird, der Strand ist wirklich schön. Wir sind direkt vom Flughafen Colombo in diese Unterkunft gefahren und konnten so entspannt in unseren drei Wochen Urlaub starten

Abbiamo pernottato in questo nell'hotel. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite. Ci sono numerose multiprese. Ottimo! Personale gentilissimo. Abbiamo cenato e fatto colazione su in terrazza all'ultimo piano..bellissima atmosfera. Cibo buono. Al mattino però c'era il sole che dava un po' fastidio..magari con una tenda si sarebbe risolto il problema. Comunque tutto buono. C'è pure la possibilità di cenare al piano terra, fuori vicino al fiume..bellissimo! L'hotel è vicino alla strada da cui in pochissimi minuti si raggiunge la spiaggia. Consigliato!

Всем привет! Отдыхали с мужем в данном отеле. При выборе ориентировались на отзывы: взяли делюкс с видом на реку, номер 127. Саму реку с балкона видно мало, вид на джунгли и храм золотого Будды. Было хорошо, тихо, спокойно. Сам номер не в идеальном, но во вполне хорошем состоянии. Ежедневная чистая уборка с заменой белья, замена расходников по мере их использования (выдают гель, шампунь и мыло), обновление полотенец, пару бутылок воды. Завтраки достаточные для того, чтобы наестся, но без излишеств - сезонные фрукты (ананас, бананы, папайя, лайм, иногда было манго), карри, на выбор блюдо из яиц - омлет/яичница, можно попросить кашу, чай/кофе, сосиски, иногда панкейки. Не остро, если вы не любитель острого - вам зайдет. Главный плюс для нас - русские хозяева Светлана и Сергей. Многие сотрудники отеля понимают и говорят на русском языке, любой вопрос сотрудники помогут решить, персонал - супер! Отель находится на берегу речки, на чистый пляж океана возит на лодочке по времени сотрудник Саман. Иногда его заменял Манджула - местный лодочник, у него можно попросить вам провести экскурсию по реке, на туктуке 🛺, цены +- как и у всех остальных гидов. В общем, для спокойного семейного отдыха условий более чем достаточно. Остались довольны!

Café by Arena : wunderbarer Platz . Heute von Ravinda fantastischen Cappuccino zubereitet bekommen ❤️ Sehr zu empfehlen, als kleine oder große Auszeit . Blick direkt auf den Fluss. Moskito Spray nicht vergessen ! Zahlreiche Drinks , Kaffe , Tee , Kuchen etc im Angebot . Sehr sehr freundliches Personal.

Мы зашли в ресторанчик попить кофе. Вилы здесь очень красивые ! Живописные ! Сначала мы посидели внизу на пристани , кофе вкусный и в больших чашках . А потом , очень отзывчивый персонал , афициант по имени Равинду , пригласил нас на крышу, чтобы мы сделали красивые фотографии. Вид шикарный! Кстати на верху есть тоже ресторан . Можно посидеть попить вина и покушать с прекрасным видом . Советуем , если вы остановились в Бентоте .

Спасибо огромное! Отдыхали с 11.01 -21.01.25 Уезжать просто не хочется. Нам все очень понравилось. Очень хороший и приветливый персонал. Номера убирают каждый день. Везде чисто и по домашнему тихо и спокойно. Ресторан отменный насколько у меня капризный муж в еде, стейк из говядины просто супер. Шеф повар очень старается так же как и весь персонал. Обязательно приедем сюда еще раз.
