Kişi başı ücret alıyorlar.gecelik 2350 TL .olumlu olumsuz taraflarını birlikte yazacağım. Termal havuzlar güzel büyüklüğü ideal.temiz. ama soğuk havuz otelin müşteri kapasitesine göre çok küçük. Tikis pikis. Günde 2 saat bayanlara özel gerisinde karışık. Rezervasyon da bir düzen yok. Önceden rezervasyon yapsan da oda falan belli değil. İlk oda klozet ve küvet üzerinden damlatiyordu. Değiştiler ikinci oda banyo ve küvet temizdi. Odalar küçük üç çocuk için bir odaya ilave yatak getirdiler. Yatağı çöpe koysan çöp toplayıcılar almaz. Uyardık değiştiler ama gelen de çok farklı değildi. Wifi hiçbir yerden çekmiyor. İnternetiniz yoksa güvenmeyin. Yemekler fiyatına göre orta seviye. Mezeler güzel ana yemek tek çeşit biraz da sulu baklagiller.kahvati öğretmenevi seviyesinde. Patates kızartması vardı fazla olarak onda ne yazık ki bayatti. Akşamdan kalan çorba sabah tekrar ısıtılmış servis edilmiş. Akşam üstü 1 saat çay kek servisi var. Bu güzeldi. Kekler tazeydi.lobide bilardo langırt vb oyun imkanları var ve fiyatları ucuz. Yarım saat bilardo 50 TL Park sorunu olmadı.sabah havlu ve bornoz servisini beğendik. Gün içinde de temiz ve kuru bornoz alabildik.calisanlar güler yüzlü ve imkan ölçüsünde sorunları çözmeye çalıştılar.

Отель находится в небольшом городке Козаклы. Нынешнее название Атабай термал отель (Atabay termal otel). Перед приездом прочитали предыдущие отзывы и очень переживали. Оказалось, зря. Хороший термальный отель, а по соотношению цена-качество - даже очень хороший. И номера, и спа-комплекс чистые. В номере есть холодильник, телевизор, удобные кровати, ванна с термальной водой и балкон. Есть халаты и тапочки. В номере тепло! При заезде 2 бутылки воды бесплатно. В стоимость номера входит завтрак и ужин. Все вкусно, но без изысков. Также с 15:00 до 16:00 в холле отеля подают чай и печенье. В спа-комплексе есть хамам, сауна, термальный (температура воды 42 градуса) отдельно для мужчин и женщин и бассейн (температура воды 28 градусов). Интерьер спа-зоны приятный. В сауне приятно пахнет деревом. Неожиданно, но очень здорово, что бассейны работают до 23:00. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал. Все! Абсолютно все сотрудники очень дружелюбны и готовы помочь. Большое спасибо за быстрое размещение нашей группы, и за ответы на наши многочисленные вопросы. Рядом с отелем прекрасный парк, много маленьких сувенирных лавок и кафе. Короче, отель нам понравился. Чудес не ждите, но и беспокоиться не о чем.

Otel genel olarak eski. Hafta sonları çok dolu olduğunda hizmet kalitesi çok düşüyor odalarda temizlik konusunda da bazı problemler var restoranda ikram edilen yemeklerdeki kalite düşük.

Güzeldi beğendik sadece yemek yönünden çok eksiği vardı içecek ve su ücretli meyve sadece mandalina verildi daha farklı bir açık büfe beklemiştik onun haricinde çalışanlar ilgiliydi

Bu kadar pis ve kötü bir otel görmedim termal havuzu olan hamamı sabah 7.30 da kilitli bir haftadır vayfi yokmuş yemekhanede çalışanlar. Müşteriler gitsede rahatlamak diye bakıyor yemekhanede damacana suyu olurmu bardakla kalkıp kendin alıyorsun yani kapalı suya paraları yetmiyor sanırım son olara tek olumlu şey resepsiyonda ki çalışanlar güler yüzlü birtek onlara tşk ediyorum
