We checked in to our family pool level suite, room 181 on June 23 and checked out on June 26th. I want to include pictures, otherwise there is no way to explain how awful the room truly is. I’m not sure how the hotel is still in business when you guys allow that quality of “suite”. For $350 a night, I expect a clean room at the very LEAST. First of all, upon arrival, the floor was noticeably dirty. I had to “mop” the floors with a wet towel to even consider being able to walk on them with bare feet. I have a 9 month old baby that I couldn’t even put on the floor because of how disgusting they were. The white towels were completely black after I moped the floor with them. ( I have pictures of these towels. ) I also had to grab a vacuum from the hallway and vacuum my own room…. There were crumbs, hair, chips, hair ties, cookies, random trash all over the floor that I had to vacuum up myself before allowing my family to enter the room. Apart from the cleanliness of the room…. The linoleum in the entire room was chipping and coming up everywhere. Especially in the bathroom. There is mold all over the bathroom and the flooring is warped up about an inch in the entire flooring in the bathroom. We had to lay a towel down just to walk in there. The soap dispensers were all empty. Every single one of them in the shower and the sink in the hallway. (They should literally be refilled after every stay). In the living room area there was an entire dresser missing under the Tv. So we had one small dresser for a family of 5. There is usually 2. Not a single ice machine worked in the entire hotel. Not a single one. We had to go to the gas station just to get ice….. unacceptable. And lastly, the trolley not working is so inconvenient and literally the only reason we choose to stay at Adventureland inn. It’s so ridiculous you make your guests walk there when there has always been a trolley. Last year they told us the trolley would be fixed. This year they said they will never have it again. The bar pool not being open most of the time is ridiculous as well. You expect older kids to play in the kiddie area for hours on end while there are toddlers and babies trying to play? The swim up pool didn’t open until 730 each night and when the pool closes at 9 that doesn’t give enough time. All this to say, I am so disappointed in this hotel. It has gone down hill FAST. I just pray and hope that renovations are being planned asap.

The Adventureland Inn is in need of a lot of repairs. The carpet on the second floor is disgusting and needs to be replaced asap. The staff are very nice, but the Inn has a lot of teenagers staying at the Inn who work for Adventureland. The Adventureland Park is well within walking distance.

The pillows were very fluffy. It's went down hill since last time I have been there. Not worth the $221.00i was charged . The room was so generic. If you charge this price they should have a jacuzzi tub in it...Walked in room and I just couldn't get over the generic room..and not able to order outside food is ridiculous. And you have to be on a list to eat breakfast. What the hell. Breakfast was good .

The website is a perfect example of false advertising. They removed the waterslides from the west pool which was why we decided to bring our young kids. They were extremely disappointed as were us. Then we realized the West pool sauna had broken jets. We went to the East pool. That sauna was closed but the pool was less crowded so we stayed. Later that evening the west pool was closed due to life guards not showing up. The East pool was very crowded and was a safety issue. Luckily we left before a fight broke out. The arcade was fun but the low ticket prizes we low in number. We will never come here again. The breakfast was good but not $20/person good. It’s just a ripoff.

Hotel was clean but a little worn down. Doesn't have the pirate ship with slides that our kids were looking for. The big hot tub was full but blocked off. Pool bar wasn't open during the week. Good food at the sports bar but becareful with the complimentary drink tickets because we found out later they were only for select drinks. Kids had a good time in the pools even though the slides were gone. Overall a decent experience but less then we anticipated.

Absolutely horrible! Booked a room by the pool, pool was closed. I was told I would receive a refund. Went back up to get extra wrist bands and got told free for inconvenience. Went to check out front desk lady was sitting painting her finger nails( she was not very helpful when I asked for a receipt) She didn't want to mess up her nail polish. I just got off the phone and was told I would only be receiving a 21 dollar refund. Are you f**king kidding me. I will never stay here again!!!!

Worst experience ever. Checked us into the wrong room initially. Booked 17 rooms, only some of our rooms were ready. Was a 2 hour wait for the last room. "family suite" was TINY and not very clean. Pool closed at 9:00 way before anyone was ready to quit for the night. Breakfast was awful. Were required to prepay at front desk before finding out there was only a small buffet which other hotels give you with your room. Got the credit card bill and they had double charged 4 buffets. The buffet closed at 10. By 8:30 they were out of everything and what was left was cold. Tables and floors were dirty with no one in sight trying to clean. The attendant disappeared after our first request for more coffee.

I have always enjoyed going and staying here but it's been probably 20 years since my last stay and I was less than pleased. Adults were unable to use hottubs and there was fighting until after 1am outside our room. Security came twice but nothing

I stayed there July 23 and 24th with my granddaughter and her sister. While waiting for her sister to arrive at the hotel I decided to lay down and take a short nap. I woke up about 40 minutes later and had a couple of bug bites behind my left arm. The two bites looked like two red welts. I just assumed they were mosquito bites. We left the room and went down to the pool and then to dinner. Upon arriving back to the hotel after dinner, we went to bed. The next morning I woke up with more red itchy welts. This time on the back of my right arm, down my right leg and on my hip. It was then that I realized the bites were from bedbugs. I went down to talk to the manager, but they were not available. Not wanting to lose time at the theme park we went ahead and left. Arriving back to the hotel at the end of the day I went to speak to the person on duty. Before I could even finish showing her my welts and explaining the situation she blurted out that she did not have authority to discount my room. I looked at her in disbelief ( as though this was the only reason I was speaking to her )and said we need to change rooms. We did move from room 147 to 153. We did not have any problems with bedbugs in room 153. The next morning I went down to speak to the manager again. Again they were not available. I was told there would be an investigation into the bedbug situation, and somebody would give me a call as I was checking out that day. I also showed this person the welts on the back of my arms. The person on duty started to write information down on his hand instead of a piece of paper. I asked him how he would keep the information if he washed his hands. He didn’t look for a piece of paper to take the information down. So I knew at this point that nothing would probably be done to reimburse me for a night of staying in a bed with bedbugs nor would I receive a call back regarding their investigation. Upon returning home I had the task of washing all of my clothes and my granddaughters clothes, along with throwing out our suitcases. I also went to my physician who confirmed they were bedbug bites. Needless to say, we will never stay here again, nor will we recommend it to any of our friends.
