Duja Didim - Ultra All Inclusive

This was our first time holidaying in Turkey, and we’re so glad we chose this hotel. The all-inclusive package was outstanding—good choice of food and drinks available around the clock. Our 11-year-old absolutely loved the waterpark, pools, and beach. She quickly made friends her own age and was having so much fun that we barely saw her all week! The hotel was bustling, especially at mealtimes, and securing a sun-lounger required a bit of strategy, but we always managed. The rooms were compact but comfortable, with a nice balcony. Most of the staff were incredibly friendly and fun—though a few seemed a bit tired, which is understandable given how hard they work. A special mention goes to Zorro, who promoted the spa packages with such charm that my wife booked a massage—and she said it was the best she’s ever had! Also very chatty and friendly guy. Entertainment was top-notch, particularly the live band from South Africa on Sunday night—they were amazing! To and from Airport is a bit of a trek at around 2.5 hours which was tiring but we knew and accepted this before we travelled. Jet2 flight and staff in Turkey were also great. Overall, an excellent holiday—we’d highly recommend it!

My dream holiday became a nightmare. The hotel advertised something but the reality is a different story. We stayed 10 days. There was no air conditioner in the room, which we reported about 5 times. The bathroom, particularly the shower, was very, very dirty. I need to clean it. There is no Wi-Fi in the room. The food is very poor and the same every day. The queue for breakfast is 20 minutes. It was the worst experience very disappointed about how they treat the customer. Kids disco is nothing in English gest Turkish and a different language.
