4-7 Temmuz 2025 tarihlerinde 2 çocuklu bir aile olarak konakladık.
Yetişkin havuzunun 2 metre derin olması dışında tek olumsuzluk Tavuk ve tavuk çeşitlerinin diğer yemeklere göre biraz kalitesiz olmasıydı. Kahvaltıda ve diğer öğünlerdeki tüm yemekler çok lezzetliydi ve oldukça zengin bir menü vardı.
Temizlik konusunda ikinci günden itibaren her gün odaya gelip temizlik isteyip istemediğimizi sordular. Otel genelinde gözle görülen bir tertip düzen vardı. Altınkum bölgesinde denize sıfır konumuyla tam fiyat performans oteli.

Otelin konumu iyi, denize sıfır. İskele var. Sahil kum. Havuz çok küçük, otelin en büyük sorunu bence bu. Su kaydırağı yok. Önceki yıllarda köpük partisi yapılırdı. Bu yıl yapılmadı. Klimalar tamamen yenilenmiş. Banyo yenilenmiş. Personel işini yapıyor. Ancak, YASTIKLARIN TAMAMI değişmesi gerekiyor. Pamuklar kararmış. Yastık kokuyordu ve uyuyamadık. Wifi sorununu otel çözememiş, İnternet sorunlu. Yemekler başarılı, içecekler başarılı, otel genel olarak temiz. Bardaklar, fincanlar, tabaklar gerçekten temiz. Bir hafta boyunca tek leke görmedik. This hotel isn't good at all. We booked two family rooms with beach view we end up with a carpark view with a 4 inch "balcony" The staff are sleeping with the customers in plain view disgusting behavior! The food isn't even basic theirs more protein in the flies that are on the uncovered food. This hotel definitely isn't 4* or English welcoming so i you want a good holiday experience please guy's don't book the tuntas hotel. It's for local Turkish only no one else is welcome here.

Konum itibariyle çok güzel yerde kaldığımız oda iyiydi ve temizdi temizlikçi bayana özellikle teşekkürler yanlız bazı personeller yetersiz hiç güler yüzlü değiller biraz kendilerini geliştirmeleri lazım bu konuda, kart ödemelerinde biraz dikkatli olmak lazım bu seferlik detaya inmeyecegim

Just back from tuntas hotel , reception staff lovely , rooms spotlessly clean , beds rock hard , entertainment is rubbish doesn’t cater for English guests , food is awful , beer is watered down effes, the spirts choice is limited, Martin the day time barman is lovely but the nighttime bar staff are rude and ignorant , no chance of a sunbed on the beach unless your up at the crack of Dawn …swimming pool small again no Sun loungers around it .. never again !!!!!
