Venosa Beach Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

Our holiday experience was quite disappointing. The food was repetitive and lacked flavor, making it far from enjoyable. The worst part was our room, which had a terrible sewage smell that woke us up three nights in a row. Each time we called reception, they sent someone with a spray bottle of bleach to clean the mirrors and surfaces. Despite explaining that the smell wasn't coming from the surfaces, they didn't understand. After they left, the overpowering bleach smell made it impossible to sleep. They refused to change our room or acknowledge the problem, leaving us eager to leave. The bistro restaurant was also a letdown. The food was so poor that we left. One dish was served scalding hot, and the waiter spilled it, nearly causing an accident with our son. We would not return or recommend this place to anyone. They need to address these issues to avoid more negative reviews and improve their service.

Worst hotel experience of our lives. Do not believe reviews or be fooled by clever photography. Filthy, appalling service, beds so uncomfortable, curtains pointless, food beyond average, never a sundowner available. The fabulous infinity pool they advertise the hotel with is €50 per day and too cold to be in. Most people were there to get drunk. The 2 nights we stayed we had people running up and down our corridor at 1 - 2 am knocking on our doors! Like student accommodation. Only good thing about that was that it gave me a chance to get out of the beds. Pool so cold barely anyone swam. Tattoos seem compulsory.

Just came back from this hotel last night it was the best two weeks we couldve had. Hotel- such a good hotel with such kind staff members all over the hotel. Best Animators we met were Billy, Bobby and Bella very friendly and entertaining with all the activities. They worked very hard to do activities every evening at the pool bar like Bingo, karaoke,Dj night and quizzes. At the lobby bar we met very kind staff members too Siyar, Merve, Aysenur ano Bekir they have been so kind to us and everyone who was there in the hotel aswell. We all loved Siyar, he was working at the lobby bar was kind and helpful, hardworking and always would have a friendly chat with all of us the kids loved him. Bekir made the best hot chocolate the kids was obsessed with he was very kind and hardworking too always would come around ask if your ok and how you was. They are both very nice guys. The clothes shop downstairs were really aswell got load things very good quality. And the two staff was very kind and helpful. The swiming pool was good we always sat the side where the sun was so was warm all day the kids wouldnt get out they loved it. The water park they loved aswell so would 100%reccomend if your looking to go with your whole family Room-we was on the 7th floor our room was big enough for 4 kids (19yrs old, loyrs old, 12yrs old and a 9yrs old) we got two rooms and we asked for both to be becide each other and the reception had no problem with it and got it sorted straight away. The housekeeping lady was very kind too always made beautiful designs on the beds and always did her best at cleaning our rooms. Food- when i looked at the reviews this made me doubt booking this hotel because of some of the reviews but everyone has their own opinions and i thought that the food was really nice. The kids are picky so they would have the usual soups, chips nuggets pizza etc but the food was very nice and everyday was something different to pick. Overall the holiday was a good time would definitely recommend to anyone it was very worth it. The two weeks went flying and we had the best time.
