Wir hatten ein DZ im Haupthaus, es war geräumig, offensichtlich renoviert und sehr ruhig. Der Behinderten Aufzug war für meinen Mann sehr praktisch und hochwillkommen. Das Frühstück vielfältig und reichlich. Einfach lecker. Die Personalknappheit wirkte sich nicht auf die Qualität des Abendessens aus. Es war sehr schmackhaft und musste aber schon morgens bestellt werden. Gegen das durchwachsene Wetter kam das Hallenbad sehr gelegen. Die Sauna war wunderbar eingerichtet und wenn wir Saunagänger wären, hätten wir sie sicher genossen. Idyllisch gelegen, kompliziert zu finden (Baustelle). Vielleicht wäre es hilfreich die Addresse von Altenmend.. in Bondorf zu ändern. Das Personal und die Besitzer sehr freundlich und hilfreich in jeder Beziehung. Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir werden uns sicher wieder für dieses Haus entscheiden, falls wir noch einmal in die Lüneburger Heide kommen.

Seit mehr als einem Jahr besuche ich das Hotel regelmäßig im Rahmen von Geschäftsreisen. Die Institution liegt sehr ruhig, es kommt sofort Urlaubsflair auf. Die Zimmer sind alle modern eingerichtet, die Einheiten mit Balkon offerieren sehr großzügige Platzverhältnisse. Ein besonderes Highlight ist das Frühstück, welches sich als reichhaltig präsentiert, ohne jedoch mit einer übertriebenen Vielfalt den hungrigen Hotelgast zu überfordern. Die Wirtsfamilie ist sehr aufgeschlossen und hilft bei individuellen Problemstellungen aller Art. Mein Geheimtipp: unbedingt die örtliche Spezialspirituose, den sogenannten "Heidegeist", probieren ... Wohlgeschmack und Verträglichkeit gehen hier Hand in Hand! Fazit: Immer wieder gerne!

Wir sind freundlich empfangen worden. Wir hatten im Bauernhaus ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht was *********** wohl nicht richtig weitergeleitet hat so das uns nur ein Zimmer ohne Balkon zugestanden hätte. Man hat uns dann aber doch das Balkonzimmer gegeben was uns sehr wichtig war. Vielen Dank dafür. Es war sehr sauber. Einrichtung etwas älter aber sehr gemütlich. Schönes Badezimmer. Das Frühstück war super. Mehrere Sorten Wurst und Käse, Cerealien, Marmelade,Honig, Nutella. Lachs und Stremellachs. Obstkorb mit Bananen, Weintrauben Äpfeln und Erdbeeren. Frische Melone und frische Ananas gab's auch noch. Quark und verschiedene Joghurtsorten auch noch. Und natürlich verschiedene Brötchensorten und Brotsorten und frisches Rührei haben wir auch noch bekommen. Kaffee Tee und Säfte waren auch da. Wir haben alles sehr genossen. Vielen Dank. Im Schwimmbad waren wir auch. Wasser war ein bisschen kühl aber das hat mich nicht gestört. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

"Gratis Wi-Fi" stemmer ikke helt. Var til kun én om gangen... Veldig vonde senger (steinharde madrasser og vonde puter), overhode ikke lydisolert og dårlig renhold. Bestilte (svindyr) schnitzel ved ankomst. Én var svidd og de var "våte" under. Veldig søt salat ved siden av, som ingen av oss spiste. Vi så verken basseng eller spa...

Wir waren eine Woche im Hotel Stoessels. Das Zimmer war groß sauber und schön. Frühstück war aussergewöhnlich gut und ausreichend. Der Service aufmerksam. Wir haben uns in diesem Restaurant und Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Bernd und Monika Röll
