Seit Jahren kommen wir nun jedes Jahr nach Altenburg. Nachdem wir enttäuscht waren von dem Hotel waren in dem wir sonst verweilten, waren wir auf der Suche nach neuem. Durch einen Tipp kamen wir zum Hotel Pension Treppengasse . Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht!! Zimmer: Sehr geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Bad war sehr schön und modern. Das Bett war top!! Es war nachts sehr ruhig. Frühstück: Es war alles da was man so braucht. Brötchen waren sehr lecker, da kennen wir ganz anderes! Alles war schön hergerichtet und sauber. Kaffee war supi. Toll waren auch die Kleinigkeiten in den Gläsern. Wurst und Käse wurde serviert, ich denke es wird zu viel weggeschmissen!! Außerdem ist Corona irgendwie vorbei, also wieder normal in Buffetform wäre wohl besser. Personal: Super nett und hilfsbereit. Es gab nichts aber auch gar nichts zu bemängeln! Final... wir haben ein neues Zuhause in Altenburg gefunden!! Nächstes Jahr wieder!!

Familiär geführte Pension - Zimmer im Haupthaus erstklassig - toller Service. Getränke im zentral aufgestelltem Kühlschrank zu erwerben. Wenn man nicht Essen gehen möchte, liegen Karten für diverse Lieferanten aus. Perfekt, auch für Geschäftsreisende.

Wir kennen bisher Familienzimmer & Apartment im Neubau. Die Zimmer sind modern, gemütlich und sauber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das überdurchschnittlich motivierte Personal: fast freundschaftlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Aus familiären Gründen hatten wir kurzfristig gebucht. Zunächst war der Aufenthalt nur mit einem internen Umzug buchbar. Man hat uns aber im Blick behalten und nach Änderung der Buchungslage uns für beide Nächte im gleichen Zimmer untergebracht. Ein Segen, wenn man zwei Kinder im Gepäck hat. Zum Frühstück hatte man vom letzten Sommeraufenthalt sogar noch unsere besonderen Wünsche im Hinterkopf. Dadurch fühlt man sich wie zu Besuch bei Freunden. Durch die Konstanz bei den Mitarbeitern hat man den Eindruck, dass auch diese sich wohl fühlen und ihre Arbeit gerne machen.

Kann die drei vorhergehende Bewerbungen nur Bestätigen. Hier stimmt einfach alles, von der Ankunft zum sehr schönen sauberen Zimmer. Ausgezeichnetes mit liebe zubereitetem Frühstück, die Parkgarage und die Lage. 5 Min. bis zum Marktplatz zu Fuss.
