perfect hotel. was by far the best part of our trip. flawlessly clean, every single staff member was so friendly and helpful. breakfast everyday was lovely, coffees and drinks throughout the day and a delicious upscale dinner. the hotel is absolutely beautiful and the pool was fantastic. our room had a large balcony and stunning view. cannot say enough nice things about this hotel.

Séjour entre amies en chambre pour 3 personnes avec petit déjeuner et diner. Chambre et salle de douche assez grande, balcon avec une belle vue. Entretien journalier de la chambre à revoir… Bon accueil, personnels sympas, très bon cocktails fait maison. Par contre, le diner est de mauvaise qualité, nous avons toute les 3 détestées (viande non cuite, salade de fruits avec fruits pas murs, pâte plus que al denté, pas d’assaisonnement…) et nous avons préférer diner à l’extérieur les soirs suivants tellement nous avons été déçus. Le petit déjeuner est bon et très complet. Le couchage : les lits et oreiller sont confortables mais le couchage du canapé lit est HORRIBLE !! Le sommier est déformé, le matelas très fin ce qui provoque des douleurs au dos et une impossibilité à dormir! Nous avons été obligé de mettre le matelas au sol pour dormir ! C’est une honte pour un hotel !! Malgré avoir informé le personnel le lendemain matin, aucune solution à été trouvé , une de nous a donc été obligé de dormir au sol une deuxième nuit! La solution trouvé le lendemain était une 2eme chambre offerte pour notre dernière nuit ou bien un 2eme matelas à superposer sur le 1er. Egalement, la facture des cocktails nous à été offerte (environ 50€). Niveau piscine : elle est très froide. Nous sommes déçus et ne conseillons pas cet hotel qui est classé 4* mais qui, en France, n’en vaut pas plus de 2…

For the price, this place is a deal, BUT the service of this place was a GEM. The night hotel concierge stayed up late and waited for us as our plane was delayed several hours. We were so grateful for her. The breakfast was also fantastic. Parking was FREE and plentiful which is rare in Palermo.

Ho soggiornato i1 notte n questa struttura per lavoro. Direi eccellente, rapporto qualità prezzo buonissimo. Camera nuova, pulitissima. Bagno spazioso e moderno, doccia grande e comoda. All'arrivo una ragazza gentilissima ci ha fatto rapidamente le informazioni e ci ha accompagnato alle camere. Non abbiamo usufruito della piscina e della SPA.

Ho conosciuto questa struttura tramite il passaparola. Qualità prezzo leggermente fuori mercato, ma, valutando la pulizia e la qualità del servizio ci potrebbe stare. Ottima la cucina e il servizio di sala curate entrambe da professionisti. La SPA mi riservo alla prossima volta nella valutazione perchè non mi ha soddisfatto tanto, a parte il fatto che la vasca idromassaggio non funzionava e in assenza del manutentore non potevano fare nulla. Lo consiglio e ci ci ritornerò

We booked out the whole hotel for our friends and family to stay in for our September wedding, and what can I say... The hotel and all the staff were an absolute delight. We contacted them approx 9 months before the wedding, they were always incredibly responsive and available to answer any questions. The price of the rooms was really affordable for the level of service we received. The rooms themselves were comfortable and modern with huge balconies with incredible views. We asked if the hotel could cater for all our guests and some external guests the night before our wedding. They not only did this, but they went above and beyond and developed a 3 course dinner menu to cater for vegans and vegetarians. The table setting was stunning and felt like a wedding in itself. The food was delicious and traditional. Veronica at breakfast was always to happy to help. The morning of the wedding they decorated the room for me and surprised me with a bottle of prosecco. I cannot thank them enough! They were always happy to help arrange transport for our guests. The pool area was lovely. I wish I could take time to thank each staff member individually as they were true professionals. I would go back there in a heartbeat!

Ottimo hotel, pulito cosa per noi fondamentale e colazione ricca e buona , camere nuove e doccia con soffione spettacolare , peccato non aver potuto usufruire della piscina ma ci hanno detto che era molto comoda, grazie per l ospitalità, alla prossima
