Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage, überzeugt durch einen charmanten „sauerländischen“ Stil und gemütlicher Atmosphäre. Ein schönes Fleckchen Erde, an dem wir uns sehr wohl fühlten. Wir haben lediglich drei kleine, aber m.E. berechtigte, Kritiken gehabt, welcher sich der sehr aufmerksame Hoteldirektor auch annahm bzw. das Gespräch hierzu suchte. Das Personal im Gastro Bereich war extrem freundlich, zuvorkommend und herzlich. Leider fehlte eine professionelle und ausgebildete „Führungskraft“, welche die wirklich bemühten Mitarbeiter anleitet. Selbiges gilt für die Küche, denn auch dort unterschied sich die Qualität und Zubereitungsart der Speisen in den Tagen des Aufenthalts extrem. Personalprobleme…die der General Manager auch eingeräumt hat. Ein letzter Tipp: Bitte bieten sie beim morgendlichen Frühstück „frische“ Bäckerbrötchen an und keine aufgebackenen Party Brötchen, die wir alle in jedem TK Regal der örtlichen Lebensmittler bekommen. Und wenn dann auch „die alten Frühstücksbrötchen“ abends beim Dinner durch ein frisch aufgebackenes Brot ersetzt werden, kommen wir sehr gern als Ihre Gäste zurück. ;-) Nochmals herzlichen Dank für das Engagement Ihrer Mitarbeiter im Bereich der Gastro, Housekeeping und Rezeption, etc!

This hotel offers such a high level of quality and service. Staff are so kind, attentive and helpful. Breakfast is excellent. We had dinner at the restaurant two evenings and enjoyed fine dining on both. Swimming pool, sauna and jakuzzi are so heavenly to relax after a ski-day. Fireplace is awesome with real wood. We will definitely come back.

Sehr schönes Hotel
Sehr schönes Zimmer mit sehr bequemen Betten, das Abendessen war spitze, Frühstück ebenfalls top. Zusätzlich war bei uns das Frühstück gratis. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, Parkplatz kostenfrei am Hotel.

Breakfast buffet with regional products and in a specially sustainable presentation and therefore very hygienic and appealing. The economic consequences: significantly less food is thrown away. The restaurant is highly recommended. Highly priced, creative and very tasteful. The rooms are very tastefully decorated in keeping with the name (crown) and concept (romance) of the hotel, but not with the charm of days gone by, but modern. This is particularly evident in the bathrooms and hygiene facilities of the hotel. The whole hotel is as clean as we have not seen it in a long time. Seldom have I experienced such friendly staff in all areas (restaurant, breakfast, reception, housekeeping, etc.). Pure wellness experience with excellent food at not exactly cheap prices, but it is a treat for the palate AND the soul.
