Lovely hotel by lake Balaton
It was wonderful, the hotel is located just minutes from the beach, breakfast was delicious with home backed goods. The hotel has a great wellness area with whirlpools, jacuzzi and saunas. Everything was clean and very good. The staff was professional and friendly at the same time.

Good but not good enough
This hotel needs an urgent upgrade. The spa area is great as is. But the coffe machine would have flooded the restaurant if i would have not told thexstaff. Juice machine was not turned on. Okly water came out. The breakfasg was barwly ready at 8.30 when time was 8am. (Whicj i comsider late for a hotel).
The rooms are smelly of humidity and else.

Wij zijn net terug ,eerder weggegaan dan geboekt.eten was vreselijk .at alleen de mini croissants,maar als die op waren werdt niet meer aangevuld avond eten was ook niks dus maar buiten de deur gegeten.het hotel ligt naast drukke weg ,dus je zat ook niet rustig buiten. De kamer was wel prima .personeel ook niet vriendelijk .helaas zat hotel ook vol hongaren .wij zijn heel wat gewend kwa hotels ,maar zo slecht hebben we nog nooit meegemaakt

Es begann mit dem Empfang bei der Anreise durch außergewöhnlich unfreundliches Personal. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, dass fast ungenießbare Abendessen, das im Zimmerpreis enthalten ist, abzuwählen. Die Qualität des Frühstücks ist unfassbar schlecht: Fliegen unschwirren Wurst und Käse. Das Rührei köchelt stundenlang in Warmhaltebehältern. Die Kaffeemaschine ist uralt. Der angebliche Orangensaft ist viel zu süß. Tische werden von den Angestellten nicht gereinigt. Das Zimmer ist ok. Bett ist bequem. Bad ist sehr klein. Duschen ist schwierig, da Wasserdruck niedrig. Zimmer wird nicht jeden Tag aufgeräumt. Der sogenannte Wellnessbereich ist winzig. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist äußerst schlecht. Zahlung ist nur in Euro möglich. Zahlung für Deutsche in Landeswährung Forint wird durch Hotel mit dem Hinweis abgelehnt, dass das Kartenlesegerät nur Euro akzeptiert. Das Hotel ist angesichts der angebotenen Qualität viel zu teuer. Das Hotel ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen.
