Booked a “double bed” was provided with two single beds pushed together. I have better towels at home for my dog 🙄😬🤦

Het was slecht. We hadden een enorm vieze kamer. Dient een grondige complete schoonmaakbeurt te krijgen. Alles moet schoon. Het beste is om alles er opnieuw te doen. Na een nacht slapen (wat mijn zoon niet lukte door allergie-aanval) We hebben de volgende ochtend geklaagd bij de receptie. Pakten het goed op en boden ons een mindervalide kamer aan, omdat daar geen vloerbedekking maar PVC op de grond ligt. Tevens een upgrade van soort kamer. Houskeeping zou ook extra ronde in die kamer doen. Nette oplossing, maar alsnog niet de allerschoonste kamer. Met alleen extra dweilen kom je er niet. Binnenkant van de lampenkapjes komt ook stof en zul je een keer moeten schoonmaken, evenals de TV (en de achterkant van het scherm). prullebakje in de douche was niet geleegd,..... al met al.. niet echt wat je van Van der Valk gewend bent en dit ken ik doorgaans ook niet van Van de Valk. Het zal ghier in Alphen aan de Rijn wel 'te goed' gaan.... helaas. Ik raad je aan om niet naar deze locatie te gaan om te overnachten. Restaurant prima, goed gegeten. Niks mis mee. Bedienend personeel is ook erg aardig en doen prima hun best.. en blijkbaar ook goed, want het was er constant erg druk.

Zwaar waardeloos hotel, het is onmogelijk om met een baby van 6 maanden een wellness suite te boeken. Netjes aangegeven dat we het kinderbedje zelf meenemen en dat een baby van 6 maanden niks sloopt? Bij andere locaties is dit wel mogelijk toch gek. Is het geld van mensen met een baby minder waard dan het geld van mensen zonder baby/ kinderen voor een suite?

Bestelde een Miraval wijn a € 41,95 en de fles werd geopend aan de tafel gebracht, oke vertrouwde het, maar na een slokje te hebben genomen vonden wij de wijn erg vlak, de mond gespoeld en daarna nog een slokje genomen, werd er niet beter van en navraag gedaan, kregen div. informatie's die niet met elkaar in overeenstemming waren en hebben een fles Miraval gevraagd en die aan tafel geopend zou worden, met pijn en moeite werd hier aan voldaan en de Miraval smaakte nu zoals de Miraval hoorde te zijn!! Bij het broodje werd er roomboter geserveerd en toen er onder aan het bakje werd uitgesmeerd zat er een vlieg in, dit laten zien en er werd niets aan gedaan. Hier komen wij nooit meer terug. VERSCHRIKKELIJK SLECHT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Zo jammer, dit hadden wij nooit verwacht! Kregen een kurk van de eerste fles en deze was uitgedroogd en lag al een tijd, de nieuwe kurk was vochtig!!!!

Prima hotel, jammer dat de ontbijtgelegenheid apart was; ik heb een rollator, vandaar. Door de regen heen is niet fijn; Ontbijt uitstekend een aanrader. Kamer keurig verzorgd, alles werkte naar behoren. Vriendelijk personeel, heel behulpzaam

Prima kamer voor de prijs. De badkamer zag er netjes uit. Niet luxe maar wel functioneel. Groot ligbad. Prima bed. Erg kleine TV. Goed bureau om aan te werken. De bar is niet erg hip maar ook niet erg duur. Met goed weer kun je op het balkon zitten of buiten aan tafels. Hier zakelijk verbleven en zou dat weer doen gezien de goede prijs/prestatie verhouding.
