I stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Alpharetta Roswell during a recent trip, and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation. From check-in to checkout, the staff were exceptional—especially JaKerry and Jose, who made me feel genuinely cared for. Their hospitality was warm, professional, and refreshingly personal. The room was spotless, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. The bed felt like a cloud, and the layout was perfect for both relaxing and getting work done. I appreciated the strong Wi-Fi and the thoughtful touches throughout the space. Breakfast each morning was a highlight—hot, fresh, and served with a smile. The location is ideal: close to North Point Mall, great restaurants, and even scenic walking trails. Whether you're here for business or leisure, everything you need is within reach. Bonus points for the clean outdoor pool, well-equipped fitness center, and free parking. It’s rare to find a hotel that combines convenience, comfort, and genuine hospitality so seamlessly. Staying at this hotel for a softball tournament. I check in and was given a room on 1st floor. I prefer to stay on the higher floors. Asked London at the front desk if we could be moved to another room/floor and he proceeds to say that there are no more rooms available although we are only the 2nd family of from our team to arrive and check into the hotel. As each of our other families arrive they are placed in rooms on every floor EXCEPT the first floor so clearly there were other rooms available, but for everyone other than my family. We are put in the first room next to the breakfast area and our window is right near the pool where the party and noise is going on well over 11pm. So disappointed in the lack of customer service as we always stay at Hilton Brand hotels.

Hotel is very clean and staff are friendly and attentive to guests. Our room was spacious and more than adequate. Back patio and pool area are awesome and a nice perk. We would definitely stay here again. 100% recommended.

I’m going to be honest, Katt did a great job checking me in and explaining everything with my family. My room was clean and I didn’t have no issues with anything. She explain what time the breakfast was and all. They need to really give her a raise!!!!!! Thank you

I had a great experience because Camron. He took great care of me and my family. Another customer tried to go ahead of me and he professionally told the other customer to wait till he gets done helping me. That is great customer service to me. Everything in the room as spotless and clean. I will always come to this hotel moving forward
