Hampton Inn & Suites Alpharetta

I left two coats in the room when I checked out，after 4 hours I call to hotel，hotel response that there was no coat in the room，I feel so disappointed that this is my first to live in hampton inn and first time lost things can not be found.I think I would not select hampton inn for my travel stop.

Just skip this one. Definitely not up to par with other Hilton properties. I would never recommend this location. Issues started at check in. Front desk told us we would be notified when the room was ready with a digital key. That never happened. We sat around waiting only to find out our room had been ready for hours. Hotel is old, musty, and in dire need of an update. Trash bins on property over flowing during the whole stay. Pool closed the entire stay…they actually told us we could drive to the neighborhood splash park for a pool. Broken ice maker on our floor. The hallways and elevators are sweltering hot. The room is humid and muggy…beds, carpets, everything in room is damp. Getting clean towels was a whole ordeal. Front desk was unoccupied almost every time we stopped in for help. I normally don’t leave reviews, but this one is just bad. Find another property.

So disappointed! The quality of this stay was quite negative. Front desk staff rarely there; when there, didn’t acknowledge guests unless approached. Went to get a roll of tp, and it took around 15 minutes for fellow at the front desk to return to the desk with a roll. Hallway to our room obviously dirty, and no one vacuumed during our five day visit. Lotion dispenser ripped off the wall and missing. Rust and grunge apparent in bathroom. We have stayed in Hampton Inns for decades and been very content. This experience has definitely made us question our plans moving forward. So very sad!

I had an amazing Stay and would like to give an amazing 5 star on front Desk worker ( nova ) the stay was amazing the cookies was great and the popcorn was popping laugh out loud he shows a lot of passion in his work and loves the work he works for and he go's above and beyond for everyone in that building Great Worker with lot of heart Keep up the Great work We Will Sure Be Coming Back Thanks Housekeeping as well for your wonderful work & a Comfy Stay & Breakfast was amazing

Loved the layout of the room

This property is showing its age and I will not stay here again. I stayed in room 606 and there were things that need attention. The tub/shower control doesn’t work properly, it’s hard to turn on/off, it moves in/out of the wall. There’s caulk or something all caked around it like someone couldn’t fix it the correct way. The shower curtain rod is hanging down and I’m tall enough to see the screws coming out. The water pressure is low and I was hesitant to adjust the shower head because the pipe coming out of the wall is so crooked. The tub looks dirty or maybe just worn, I’m not sure.
