There is nothing worse than this one. Because it was inconvenient to move to the hotel with the dozen or so boxes of luggage that arrived by sea. I left after waiting for the house to be completed, so I have been reluctant to live here for more than a month. Sister Hei took the opportunity. Just looking for trouble! The waiter said that she would take away the garbage when she saw it, and she saw that other rooms also had their own garbage at the door. Sister Hei knocked on the door one day, opened the door, and criticized us for doing something wrong. She was just looking for trouble, and she didn't know. What happened to the previous Asians who kept causing trouble for us? My kind-hearted husband apologized every time, which made me hurt internally😅

I have been living here for a month, and later I found out that they only clean it every 7 days. Even if you go to the front desk and say you are willing to pay for additional cleaning, it will not work. They are really lazy, or because they have no KPI! In short, everything must be according to their hotel's system, there is no room for negotiation!
Apart from cleaning, everything else is great! By the way, the breakfast is relatively simple and average! But it’s not bad to have.

The room is absolutely disgusting. We walked into the adjacent bedroom after bringing our bags up and there were small bugs all over the bedroom window and room. It wasn’t a small amount of bugs but easily 15-20 of them flying around. Additionally, the counter tops on all surfaces were dirty. We barely checked in 90 minutes ago and management wouldn’t provide a refund even though we are vacating the room. The front desk individual was also incredibly rude and I can assure you we’ll be calling the health department first thing tomorrow morning and filing a formal complaint. I’ll also be calling my form of payment to challenge the transaction due to the room being unsayable by any and all health standards. If you choose to stay here, I highly advise that you tell them you want to view the room prior to making any payment.

It appears that once upon a time, this used to be an older Residence Inn which Marriott dumped, then Sonesta bought it and slapped their brand on it. Not sure how worn out it was or how much of a facelift Sonesta performed, but recent poor reviews make me somewhat apprehensive to try this brand in lieu of a Marriott property.

If there was an option to leave negative stars I would. My boyfriend booked this hotel online and what a mistake that was. I walked into the room and immediately saw how dirty everything was. From the counter tops, floor, bedroom, and the worst part there were flying bugs everywhere! My boyfriend was on several business calls, but the moment he was off, I told him how disgusting the room was and how I simply couldn’t stay. The main bedroom had these flying bugs everywhere. It was over 15-20 if not more. On top of that, the counters in the kitchen and bathroom were just filthy. I used a Clorox wipe and after cleaning the counter tops the wipe was close to black. We have videos and photos of everything and will be filing a complaint with the health department first thing tomorrow morning. This shouldn’t be allowed nor acceptable for anyone to have to tolerate any hotel stay like this. We requested a refund within 90 minutes of checking in, but it was denied. By reading previous reviews it’s clear that this is how they operate. They have many reviews addressing how disgusting the rooms are and not issuing a refund after the patron becomes aware. I highly recommend you view the interior of the room before paying for the room. Lastly, anyone leaving a bad review for the same reason I am, please contact the health department and file a formal complaint. That’s the only way they’ll be forced to provided a habitable stay for their customers.
