I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels but I’ve never been to a hotel that doesn’t have any toilet paper in the room. I called to ask the person at the front desk to send me some towels and a roll of toilet paper I was informed that they didn’t have anyone tissue to bring it up to the room which was fine. I had to come and get it myself. I got to the front desk received the towels but no tissue the front desk said they would bring some up when they found some I got no call and no tissue. Ridiculous!! This is also a place where they can smoke ********* at the pool!!! What kind of business is this??

We really enjoyed our stay overall, nice, neat and clean room. Easy check-in process we were exceptionally pleased with the options at the bar. I do think their opening and closing times at the bar are inconsistent and can tell there are severe staffing issues. We may give it another shot on the way back.

As a Titanium Lifetime Marriott Bonvoy member with over 1,450 nights stayed across Marriott properties, I’ve come to expect a baseline level of professionalism and customer service. Unfortunately, this hotel fell far below that standard. I simply called to inquire whether the rooms included a refrigerator and microwave. The first time I called, the front desk agent asked if they could place me on hold—which I understood—but instead of holding, I was left listening to background conversations with multiple guests. No one ever came back to the phone . When I tried again, they picked up the phone without a greeting, and once again I could hear background chatter but received no assistance. After that, I called back three more times—each time the phone rang without anyone picking up. I completely understand that the front desk can get busy, but courtesy matters. Leaving someone on hold indefinitely or refusing to answer repeated follow-up calls is not acceptable, especially for a simple question. This kind of service makes guests question their loyalty to a brand. I hope a hotel manager will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements. That said, based on this experience, I’m not optimistic.

Totally disgusting! Stains on the sheets and then I removed the sheets to see the bed pad and it was also covered with stains, hair and clearly it had not been washed after the last stay. Washcloths and towels were stained and should have been thrown away. Also, no air conditioning in lobby and lobby bar not open several nights. Do Not Stay!!!!!

Nope Booked because you had a pool. Pool was closed for another month. Would not have booked here if I knew that.
