Very close to the castle and town centre but very quiet too. Lovely and welcoming, good breakfast. The shower didn't work very well.

Lovely Host and Room
The host is very kind and brings a breakfast tray to order at an agreed time. The building is old and quirky with wonky floors, stairs etc, but decorated nicely and perfectly clean and functional. Good hot water pressure in the shower, even on the top floor. Parking was no problem while we were there, with the permit provided, but note the nearest parking bays are a short 2 minute walk away from the rooms, spaces are not specifically allocated and the public can park there (with restrictions).
We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay there again on our next visit.

Great location parking with permit nearby
This property is in a great location and the proprietor allows use of her parking permit so it is possible to park close to the premises.Our continental breakfast was delivered to our room at 9am each day and was lovely.The room was a bit tired but this didn't affect our experience.This accommodation might not suit people with limited mobility as it is accessed by a steep narrow staircase,the property is georgian, we were OK with it but could be an issue

Lovely weekend away
Very clean, easy walking to everything around. Owner very nice and helpful. Lovely breakfast. Really enjoyed our stay definitely be back next time we are around Alnwick

Alnwick gem!
Lovely comfy and quaint 18th-century B&B right in the heart of Alnwick with great views over the roofs of Alnwick Castle. Tracey is a terrific host - friendly, approachable and cooks a mean breakfast.
