Contratas un viaje con su seguro correspondiente. Al día siguiente quieres cambiar la fecha por motivos laborales y ya no puedes. Tienes que esperar a que pase la fecha que tenías contratada para solicitar la devolución, pero claro, ya se aseguran que a no ser que te mueras devolverte una mínima parte por que te ponen una franquicia para éso, para quedarte con el dinero. No voy a viajar con ellos aunque me regalen el viaje, menudos chupasangre!!

Apartment Hotel
This is an apartment hotel and as such there is quite a lot of self-service i.e. getting luggage to the room etc. The accommodation is spacious, kitchen is well-equipped for European guests. (No kettle for the English) also nothing provided in the way of tea, cofee, washing up liquid so bring your own. Breakfast is a very good buffet selection in lovely surroundings. We also had a delightful meal at the restaurant once again in lovely surroundings with very friendly service. On a main road but surprisingly quiet at all hours

God beliggenhed
Ligger fantastisk gåafstand til byen; stranden. Skønne suiter. Et minus er at der ikke er internet ved pool området. Det bør der være i 2024.

Dyrt
Alldeles för högt pris i förhållande till område och hotellets skick. Poolen stängde kl 20 och öppnade kl 11. Detta gjorde att vi inte kunde använda poolen dagen för utcheckning. Det drar ner betyget rejält.

Trop décevant pour le prix payé
Trop déçu par la qualité de service. Je trouve que l'hôtel est excessivement cher pour pas grand chose.
Point de frustration : pour la réservation on voit bien "Parking sans service de voiturier", mais arrivé sur place : Pas de parking, on me propose de louer une place au garage pour € la nuit ! Inadmissible !

In die Jahre gekommen, mit einigen Abstrichen
Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, man hat den Eindruck, dass es auf Sparflamme betrieben wird.
So waren zum Beispiel viele der Bars oder Kioske gar nicht geöffnet und das Essen fand nur im Innenbereich statt, der Innenhof wurde gar nicht genutzt - das bedeutet, dass man auch bei schönstem Wetter im nicht ganz so schönen und leider recht lauten Speisesaal saß.
Das Abendessen bei Halb-Pension begann leider erst um halb neun und die Qualität und Auswahl der Speisen war auch nicht überzeugend.
Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, die Einrichtung nicht ganz zeitgemäß, bis auf die Dusche aber in recht gutem Zustand - die Dusche bedurfte aber definitiv einer Renovierung.
Der Pool war gut, ein Wermutstropfen an dieser Stelle war aber, dass er morgens erst um elf Uhr öffnete.
Zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen, dass die vier Sterne des Hotels wohl nicht mehr komplett gerechtfertigt und damit die Preise leider überteuert sind. Das Hotel ist als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge gut geeignet um den Nachmittag am Pool zu verbringen, dann allerdings nur mit Frühstück und nur für einige Nächte.

SPECTACULAR. The details, sculptures, especially the thousands of mirrors, hallways, flourishes, general decorations, interior and exterior lighting. It takes us into a landscape of unparalleled vegetation, the patios, the cozy pool, with its humble waterfall, make the place a place of relaxation and also of friendship. The dining room buffet with super comfortable chairs, and its extremely helpful employees, make it a place that many restaurants would like. Just the food is so delicious and not repetitive that it already has a "I take my hat off" The rooms are super spacious and worth visiting. Very large living room with dining table and large kitchen with everything you need for a perfect stay. The cleaning service is also daily and reception, we do not leave it behind, also worthy of a hat. All its employees hat off. It also has a mini club for children and a snack bar at the foot of the pool. The restaurant inside is beautiful, I would only make one suggestion, and that is a grand piano in the centre and a swimming pool in the surrounding area, with this it would be one of the best I have visited. It is worth going just for a day to enjoy it.
