호텔시설이 다소 오래된 것 같지만, 객실 넓고 전체적으로 사용하기 편리함. 조식도 괜찮은 편임. 빨래방이나 식당들이 호텔에서 3분 거리에 있어 이용하기 좋음.

Жесткая кровать, к сожалению. Приветливый персонал. Очень чисто. Но не тихо от активностей с поддержанием отеля в этом состоянии. То мусор выгружают, то убирают, то чинят что-нибудь. Расположение хорошее. К сожалению очень слабая изоляция между комнатами и в коридор! Слышимость поразительная. Из-за этого в номере днём не тихо. Курение на балконах ниже наполняет дымом номера над номерами курящих, если открыто окно номере. А в испанском климате хочется ночью дышать свежим морским воздухом. Но курящие и ночью курят несколько раз, о спальню после этого не проветрить долго….

The hotel was amazing. I was a solo traveller and the stay where very friendly and helpful. This was my second time at the hotel and I must admit this was better than my first time at the hotel. Lots of improvement which I was glad to see. The only thing was some of the quest, they noticed I was a solo traveller and they took advantage of it. I was having my dinner one night and the table next to me put their dirty dishes on my table as I was eating. I picked the plates and put them back on thteir table and told them NO. Well this did not go down well. When I was a the table having my breakfast the following morning one of the ladies walked my me and knocked my table to the point I nearly lost my coffee. She looked back at me and smiled. I was so glad I only had a few days left part of me wanted to let have quest know what I thought of them. Best part of the people there were German and no very nice the others where friendly. There was a cleaning lady she was singing Christmas corals as I came out my room she got me to dance with her. Lol she was amazing and soo funny lol.

Servicio, ubicación, buffet y habitaciones de diez.El personal como si fuera familia. El buffet variado, abundante, de calidad y con especialidad en pescados. Al lado de la playa y del casco histórico de Almuñécar. Habitaciones amplias

El hotel está muy bien, las instalaciones estupendas, las habitaciones amplias y limpias y con vistas al mar, la piscina está muy bien ya que piensan en las personas que no tienen mucha movilidad y está adaptada, la verdad es que hemos estado muy agusto

Hotel ma przestronne czyste pokoje z minilodówką i indywidualnie sterowaną klimatyzacją, pyszne jedzenie (owoce morza, ryby, wędliny i sery) i bardzo dobre drinki alkoholowe i bezalkoholowe. Przede wszystkim ma bardzo profesjonalną obsługę zarówno w barze (min. kelner polecił występ flamenco, przyniósł krzesła do Café Bar), jak i na recepcji. Tylko dzięki recepcjoniście udało nam się dotrzeć na lotnisko na czas (pomógł dodzwonić się do firmy przewozowej oraz pomógł zamówić taksówkę, gdy okazało się, shuttle bus nie przyjechał do hotelu (firma pomyliła hotele). Generalnie hotel jest bardzo dobrym miejscem do zwiedzania Costa Tropical, znajduje się 5 minut od dworca autobusowego, skąd odjeżdżają zarówno autobusy do Malagi i Granady, jak i do Nerji i Salobreny, tyle samo idzie się na najbliższą plażę i promenadę. Szkoda tylko, że poolbar przy basenie, nie jest jeszcze otwarty w czerwcu.

Le buffet du matin et surtout du soir est très diversifié et varié, la piscine sur le toit le spa et l'emplacement de l'hôtel.le personnel est sympa certains parlent un peu francais. La salle à manger très très bruyante surtout quand vous avez des groupes qui arrivent, impossible de s'entendre et de dîner tranquillement ,pas de prise USB dans les chambres ni de bouilloire ,dommage pour un 4 étoiles le temps d'attente aux assenceurs est souvent très long.
