We as a couple booked this heavenly place for a 3 nights 4 days stay. To our pleasant surprise this place turned out to be the best we have ever stayed. Right from the beautifully landscaped premises to the beautifully spaced luxurious cottages nestled amidst lush green forests to the beautiful view of the snow capped shivalik ranges and numerous trails to their private jungle , they had everything which a nature lover would need to unwind from the hectic city life. The rooms were beautifully planned with all the amenities one could wish for like electric heated blankets to air purifier, heater , with well spacious rooms and huge balcony looking the shivaliks were the perfect settings for us. The host Rishabh has quite an eclectic taste as he has provided us with all travel tips to nearby places like Binsar wildlife sanctuary, Jageshwar, Dol ashram, ***** with the provision of activities like star and mountain gazing at the resort through his Telescope, also he had a huge collection of books to spend a lazy evening and perfect for book lovers like me. We were perfectly treated by the kind hearted souls like Manoj, Kailash who took all the pain to arrange Bonfire for us every evening amidst a beautifully lit setting. Deva, the chief chef just kept on serving out authentic pahadi dishes like Alu ke gutke, Pahadi Chicken, Pahadi mutton, Kumaoni Dal, and also english dishes like Sausages , and Chicken sandwich. Not to forget the cute paw friends Alexa and Leo. This property a thumbs up in all aspect :)

I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the incredible experience I had at Shivoham Himalayan Resort. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the mesmerizing views that surrounded the property . The impeccable hospitality of your staff was beyond compare their attentiveness made me feel right at home. And let's not forget about the food! Every meal was an absolute delight. The flavors, presentation, and variety were all top-notch. Special thanks to Rishab and his team for their exceptional service and culinary expertise.

Best place to visit at any time of year. Consist of both solitude as well as amenities. Cottages are lavish, spacious, with a 180° Himalayan view. Exotic himalayan birds at your balcony. Delicious food. Supportive and wellbehaved staff. Must visit..😃

Shivoham is a very beautiful and peaceful place. It’s very spacious property. View from the cottage is mesmerising. Food is just so delicious, I have to get the orders in room due to my Mother as she couldn’t walk much in winters and the staff was very helpful in every way! Recommended for group of friends and family both 🤍

We stumbled on Shivoham resort while looking for a pet friendly getaway in the mountains. The moment I interacted with Rishabh and saw the details of the place, I was convinced this was the place we wanted to go. Rishabh not only helped us navigate to the place but also organised a trek to a fabulous waterfall. The property is thoughtfully done and the overall hospitality of the place is great. We enjoyed a bonfire and our pet had a gala time. Deva’s cooking was magic and we relished every bit of the food. Highly recommended.

Excellent place to stay in the mountains near Almora. It's a quite place and perfect for those looking for an good place to rest and relax in the Himalayas. On a clear day you can see Nanda Devi peak and some other peaks from here. The staff and management are doing a great job at running this boutique property.

Amazing property . We took suite room , it had such 1. Comfortable space to sit with friends with beautiful yellow lighting inside the room. 2. Spacious balcony which had view of mountains but because of clouds the visibility was very less. 3. Clean and big washrooms 4. Being a wheelchair user I strongly suggest to carry a minimum width seat WHEELCHAIR which can go inside the washroom or if you can toiletwalk few steps they have a little wooden ramp to reach the toilet door. 5. Best part is to be hosted by such warm host Yashika and his brother Rishabh who were always there to help you with the best. 6. Very cooperative staff 7. Food was good, avoid ordering French fries and hot chocolate , rest their ginger tea was good and kadai paneer dal tadka was delecious. Must go property The flowers , the show pieces all together have a vibe.

After a few day's of scouting various portals, for a summer getaway in Uttrakhand, chanced upon this fairly new resort in District Almora. After going through their Insta, decided to go ahead. Must admit it turned out a pleasant, comfortable and memorable stay. The mesmerizing views of the Himalayan peaks, the fruit trees loaded with seasonal fruits (peaches, plums and apples) , at a hand's reach all around and branches hanging next to the cottage balcony's ....... the focus on horticulture too was a delight to behold. The team (Chef Deva, Kailash, Manoj, Kishan and Bishan), are ever willing to extend their best hospitality. Deva and his team prepared great Chinese and Tandoori items, much to our satisfaction. The 3 furries (pet dogs) add to the fun. Alexa was very friendly and was present to see us off 🙂 With religious destinations like Jageshwar and Kasar Devi temple, less than 90 mins drive and Dol Ashram just about 20-25 mins drive, the area has plenty of trails too. Would recommend this stay to all looking for a tranquil stay, amidst nature, with splendid Himalayan views ..... about 3.15 hours drive from Kathgodam, one can plan ahead by booking Shatabdi and coordinating with the ever helpful young owner Rishabh, who could arrange the pick n drop.
