Convenient location, just off the motorway. Lovely large room, and pleasant check in experience. I didn't get a chance to visit the pool/gym unfortunately

Very tired rooms - shabby and sofa bed very small and uncomfortable - this was not made up in arrival either.

I needed somewhere in north Bristol to get away to Wales easily and the location was very convenient for me. No lift, so dragging my suitcase upstairs was not great - and a lot of rooms but quite quiet for a place with so many rooms. Using the carpark is an additional 8 pounds. Bed was comfortable and room was a very good size. Finally a range of teas to drink, WITH milk provided. Shower in the bath, but has been modernised and is clean and feels nice.

The hotel is OK. The location is far from Bristol city. The hotel is quiet and the front desk is polite. You need to go to the front desk to get toiletries, slippers, etc.
