Nice hotel with parking, located at the top of the Avenida del Mediterraneo, a little far from the center but convenient for a stopover on the way to the highway and next to a large shopping center.
The bedding is very comfortable,
The staff is very friendly.
No tea, coffee, infusion in the rooms, which would be a plus.

We think it's a good value for money hotel, so we'll go back if we get the chance.
One observation, which we think is very important, and we'll make a note of it. Once you've checked in, THE HOTEL ITSELF sends you an email with the menu and cafeteria prices, but they're totally out of date and the worst thing is that when you let them know, they tell you that they already know...
To give an example, the scrambled eggs with ham according to the check-in were €7.50, but they charged €14, the Elba sandwich was €8 and they charged €13. The price for drinks is not the same either, but it's much more normal.
They don't have it out of date, they have it totally neglected. You can't charge ALMOST double what you tell the customer at reception.

Fantástico hotel, pequeño pero muy acogedor aunque a las afueras. Con excelente cocina y un servicio de 10. Tiene detalles de 5 estrellas como agua con hielo y limón disponible siempre en recepción o zumo natural de naranja y no de bote... Estuvimos a media pensión, con desayuno bufet de los mejores que he probado, y cena a la carta muy abundante. La única pega que encontramos fue el colchón de la cama supletoria, terrible, se notaban los muelles. Lo demás estupendo

Stayed 22nd February. Reception staff staff were friendly & very helpful wirh information on local places ir directions. The hotel is High Quslity with HUGE beautiful reception & modern, clean restaurant & bar area. The room was large & well equipped with comfy bed. Food was Excellent with HUGE choice for breakfast, which was lovely. The tall, slim older gentleman who ran the floor at dinner & breakfast was smiley ☺️ & very helpful. Finally, MAURO at the bar (Argentinian) spoke very good English & was chatty, knowledgeable & good company. GREAT deal at 132 euros for dinner, bed & breakfast. Would stay again. Many thanks - Mr & Mrs Griffiths - room 505 😉

The staff was friendly, too bad the room and the hallways were so dirty. The bathroom was not clean at all; blotches of stuff on the floor. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Had Tapas at the restaurant and they were also a disappointment.

Me hacen sentir como en casa cada vez que me hospedo en el hotel, desde recepción, dirección, camareros etc. Buen trato amabilidad y siempre esforzándose por ofrecerte lo mejor que tienen en todo tipo de servicios. Aparte muy buena situación para acceder al hotel y centros comerciales con muchos locales de ocio cerca
