Lisbon South Hostel

It's a good place, I liked the location and the comfortable bed. However, every now and then someone appears messy and the staff lack greater control when dealing with this. I didn't have any problems, but I did see some complaints. Furthermore, it has a good living area and another good open area.

Very negative, I made an appointment in advance for a group of 12 people, advance half of the amount to be paid, 3 days before I made contact to see if I could add a person, what was my surprise when they told me that the conditions initially agreed could not be satisfied! With good will and because it was a large group, in conversation with the person in charge, I tried to reach an agreement with him in order to resolve the situation, as he told me that instead of 2 nights he only had a reservation for 1 night and that instead of 12 people there was only room for 8! There I managed to find an alternative but not with the conditions agreed and paid in advance. Just the day before I was careful to ask the person in charge if they had bed linen and towels and I was told yes! When I arrived I was informed that they didn't have towels for everyone! Total disorganization, lack of hygiene, total disorganization and zero responsibility! There isn't even a person in charge at the hostel full time! Very bad indeed! I don't recommend it to anyone!
