Room was clean. A little distance from the airport but not too bad. Was helpful checking in late and environment is quiet.

I booked this hotel because I need fly to Spain from Beauvais. I arrived here at 10pm and I was very tired. At that time, there was only one security guard in charge of check-in in the store, and an appointment number was required to check in on the machine. After I provided it, he said that there is a problem with the number and then checked on their system, telling them that they did not receive my online payment because of a problem with my credit card. It didn't help that I showed him my payment history, I contacted Trip's customer service and couldn't solve it in time, so I made a new payment because we were too tired and needed to rest. The store staff's English is not very good so it is very difficult to communicate, and I need to go to the airport to catch my flight the next day so I don't have time to argue. I am really disappointed that this matter is still not resolved.

konum kötü .odalar çok küçük.Sabah erken olduğu için check-in yapılamayacağını biliyorduk sadece valizleri emanete bırakmak istedik onuda önce kabul etmediler ısrar edince zorla kabul ettiler.Böyle bir durumla ilk defa karşılaştık.Oda kartlarından birine şifreyi yanlış girmişler saatlerce uğraşmak zorunda kaldık.Kahvaltı çok zayıf
