The structure is very beautiful. The rooms were very clean and the staff were really welcoming and kind. The spa is dated and poorly maintained. There is no sauna or salt room, I definitely wouldn't do it again

Very nice hotel and very good location.
Quiet place, close to the Sea.
The employees are very friendly and professional.
The breakfast is very nice and we can chose between Italian and Continental menu.
The food is fresha and very well cooked.

Our room/bed, pool, bountiful buffet and staff were the highlights of this hotel. We did visit the spa and steam room on our last stay, the spa was a little run down and wouldn’t pay for this if we stay again. The service for the spa was odd as we weren’t sure what we were doing and were left to find where it is and what to do with no help.

Hotel was lovely and staff were fantastic. We were half board for 7 nights and the menu didn't really change, food quality was good and service fantastic. also at the pool bar they ran out of a number of items including tiramisu. On asking staff they said it was near the end of season so they would not be restocking. I found this very poor service as would expect their standards to be the same for the full season. They even ran out of bottled beer on the last night and only had gluten free beer. Pool was lovely and room (suite)was very nice however the strangest thing was they had a kettle but there was no electric point near to it and as the room had 2 different electric sockets we had to plug it in in the bathroom. The bathroom and shower was very large and high end and comfortable bed.

Dopo diversi anni siamo tornati al Giardino dei Pini in Salento. Anche se non esattamente sul mare, quando varchi il cancello ti senti in un angolo di paradiso. Verde curato, alte palme, bella piscina, il tutto circonda le villette ad un piano del resort e il corpo principale che ospita la reception, la sala ristorante e la sala colazione con l'adiacente scoperto. Tutto è armonioso, delicato. La camera e il bagno confortevoli, così come il piccolo scoperto dove poter leggere in tranquillità... formiche permettendo, che sono veramente tante, ma solo all'esterno. La colazione è una festa di proposte e consumarla all'esterno, opportunamente ombreggiato, una vera chicca. Il ristorante è forse troppo pretenzioso, cibo buono, il servizio attento, ma avrei preferito più spontaneità ed un prezzo più contenuto. Abbiamo cenato solo la prima sera e per noi è stato più che sufficiente. Hotel e resort più che consigliato!

Excellent hotel, clean, modern style, spotlessly clean, fantastic staff and huge pool. Only downside is that there is very little in the way of amenities nearby, so you definitely need a car. But fantastic beaches 15 minutes drive and Gallipoli only 25 minutes by car. Great value at the end of season.

Ci siamo tornati per la seconda volta quest’anno. Un paradiso di palme e pini, silenzioso e curato. Le camere sono pulite, curate e funzionali. Colazione eccellente, ristorante con un’ottima carta. Personale gentile e attento. Ambiente rilassante. Torneremo anche l’anno prossimo.
