Bon hôtel mais pour des séjours plus longs
Assez déçu pour un 3* car j'ai pu remarquer que l'hôtel ne fournissait pas de produit d'hygiène comme le savon/shampooing. Alors qu'il y a une grande baignoire mais pas de quoi se laver. Papier toilette rêche. Il y a eu un problème d'eau jaune du robinet.
Réseau 4g Bouygues et SFR inexistant. Le wifi donné n'est pas assez puissant pour du streaming et limité pour de la navigation web. Télé qui siffle.
Frigo qui fait un bruit important, j'ai du le couper au disjoncteur.
L'hôtel est en gros travaux de rénovation.
Autrement, je pense que c'est un hôtel à la semaine au minimum afin de prévoir toutes ces choses.

Très joli et grand bâtiment avec un grand parc dans son jus . Appartement spacieux pour 6, mais avec une très mauvaise insonorisation. Équipents vieux mais fonctionnels sauf plaque de cuisson à changer. Wifi parfait mais très mauvaise réception des chaînes de la TV. Sanitaire ok.

Assistenza Clienti uguale a zero
Purtroppo non siamo riusciti a soggiornare perché siamo rimasti a piedi con la macchina a Susa. Ho chiamato varie volte l’albergo, lasciando un paio di messaggi in segreteria, ho inviato varie mail per avvisare del problema avuto e che dovevamo tornare a casa. Comunicazione e assistenza clienti uguale a zero.

Pas d'accueil, juste remise des clés. propriété vieillissante . belle entrée et réception d'époque. mais chambre exiguë. pas de savon. Pas de service petit déjeuner. obligation de défaire les draps. 3 étoiles équivalent à une auberge de jeunesse. Personne pour nous renseigner sur les restaurants et le villages...
