Baywatch Beach Resort

Careful - Bedbugs Lots of bed bugs. This is first time in my life I have scene bed bugs in this resort. Cleanliness is terrible. The property is not maintained at all.

No power back up and no staffs during night time First i wolud like to mention negative points beacuse this is serious concern. 1) There is no power back up. No geneartor avaiable, even ups back also not availble.During our stay mid night 1.00 pm power was not available, after 1hr only it has came. 2) There is no staff or securities during night time.In this condition not advisable for family. Positive: 1)location near by beach 2)spacious room

Good value and location. Excellent huge breakfast was delicious, large clean room. Free bottles of water. Across from the beach.

Not good for family stay The bed is full of bedbugs. Could not sleep for whole night. The owner allocated our room before our check out time and kept the luggage in his office without even calling me. The mistake from my end is I paid full amount before checkout time.

A good basic accommodation across from the beach. Good location, literally across the road from the main beach, however there is major road construction going on ***** a large portion of that road. The room was spacious, though basic, good AC and bottled water provided with a water filling station outside too. Cleansiness was okay and hotel water via the geyser was fine. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Complimentary breakfast was good, local Kerala breakfast, or omelette and toast, fruit and tea/coffee. Overall a satisfactory stay.

DO NOT VISIST THIS PLACE. You will certainly spoil your holiday. Stay away from this place and its ZOMBI, rude, and ill-mannered owner (Mr. Mathew). Firstly, It's not a resort, it's a house with a couple of rooms which do not have any facility like of a resort. There is No restaurant, no swimming pool, no room service, no Porter, no front desk. etc. Secondly there's no sea view at all. Zero hospitality. The blankets they gave were disgustingly old and smelled so awful that it was impossible to sleep. The stench was unbearable! Bathroom is very dirty. Horrible room with absolutely no hygiene. The photos on the website are completely misleading compared to the actual condition of the property. What you see online is nothing like the real situation – it's a total scam!. Real and present condition of the property is way different that what is shown in the pics. Absolutely NO maintenance. Garden, verandah, the rooms, the parking area, entrance, walkway etc. all are in very poor condition and dirty. Price is really not worth. Worst experience I had in my entire Kerala trip. Overall its PATHETIC experience. These people have full potential to ruined your vocations. (Please refer the attached pics, sufficient to show the real condition of so called Resort (?))
