Made us wait including my dad who is a cancer patient for 1 hour to get an auto so they could take us to boat• We booked a deluxe room and the description didn't match room - There was no wifi, no toiletries, no TV in room, the room was full of dust, no shampoo, no hand soap!! the food is like a cheap PG food- not even salad or a dessert, terrible just terrible• refunded me 2500 INR on a booking made with 15000 INR but honestly this doesn't justifys• I live in Europe and I wish I had made booking through hotels.se because they would have refunded my full money.
