I booked the royal suite but room is average, very old and things is bathroom not good super old, damaged, i don’t recommend the hotel, its not worth for 5 star, i ordered coffee their machine was not working. No dryer in the room, not so cleaned room its not worth it to pay.

Quality of the hotel was not up to expectations or brand in terms of room quality and breakfast freshness. But the staff are very good and attend to your needs. The reception staff promptly changed my room as it had some issues. Travel desk by ms parvathy and her team handles it exceptionally and ensures you get a good experience in terms of cab needs and boats.

I recently stayed at ramada with my family,and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. Special thanks to Tessy and team. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The amenities, especially the pool and breakfast, exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect for exploring the area. I highly recommend Ramada alleppey to anyone looking for a memorable stay!

Awesome property with supercool staff. We travelled as a couple and the resort did not disappoint us at all. Front office was courteous, polite and was ready to assist us and gave us a warm welcome. Special shoutout to Ms Tessy who made sure our stay was well looked after. Food was amazing and words fell short. A clean and spacious room with great amenities. Each and every one deserves a big thumbs up 👍 and if you look forward or a peaceful place this is the resort where you should spend your time . Tips: look for Tessy and team to make sure your stay is comfortable and you are treated as KING'S 👑 & QUEEN's👑 LOVE ❤️ and all the very best wishes to the entire team Until next time 🫡

Recently i stayed ramada alleppy .rooms are lovely.the backwater view rooms are well appointed and comfortable .all the staffs were very friendly.the highlight for us was definitely fathima shylan at the front desk helped lots.experience of best luxury and excellent facilities.the excellent food,and attentive staff.an amazing experience ❤️

I took a suite that has lot of power issues and had to sleep a night in the couch as the lights were on whole night . The switch boards touch was unable to get rectified as the technical Guys tried but in vain. Travel desk Parvathi is very professional and courteous to help me out. She is a great asset to the Ramada. Thanks Elijah
