Overall it's very bad experience, service is not good at all its very overpriced for the service and money the hotel charging. Waiting period for everything even smaller things takes eternity.

Fantastic experience. Fabulous food and modestly priced, friendly staff. Rooms and exterior of the property, although great, could be so much better with a coat of paint and minor plumbing issues resolved in addition to removing stains from the outdoor cushions. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great location. We also hired the houseboat and that was the highlight of our trip. Food provided was fit for a king and we had our own personal chef with 3 other people waiting on us! A must do for all guests.

The property and the rooms were excellent, beautiful and well maintained. The staff are cheerful and courteous. A shout out to Mr. Alush who worked hard to ensure that our family get together of 50+ people over 3 days went off remarkably well. I give the food 3.5 stars - while tasty enough, I wish there were more authentic Kerala options.

Overall experience is very nice. I am very much enjoyed in this place with family. mr. Hari communicated as for fishing and swimming. fishing is very nice. Boating experience is also good, evening sunset from swimming pool is very relaxing

Such a great experience in here…..really loved it in here.i had my first fishing experience in here and Mr.harikrishnan helped us with it.he also took great pictures.the overall experience is remarkable!!!……such a nice time we had it in here!

The room is spacious and comfortable. Balcony attached is an added bonus. The property of the hotel is wholesome in itself. You can spend an entire day walking around and enjoying the view at the property. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
