We had a great time at the Moxy in Allentown. Staff was excellent, Ahmad at the front desk, Jason the valet, Kenny the manager. All did their best to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Hotel was clean and roomy, minimal wait for valet. We arrived early and the room was ready! Amazing and no extra charge. Spent some time in the lounge after an evening out. Food and drink excellent and reasonably priced. The only thing we would have liked a refrigerator in the room.

So I really wanted to love this one. The fitness room was very nice and the decor is chic and trendy, everything is new and clean however....... we were not aware that the vibe the hotel was going for was (as the manager told my husband) "party from check in to check out". We appreciated the free bar drink provided at check in BUT we were put on the 2nd floor initially. There was loud pumping music for 5 hours straight. My husband went to reception three times to enquire about an approximate end time for the music / party, or what could be done. Finally at 10pm the manager gave us a new room on a higher level which really cut down the noise. We found the staff generally uninterested and apathetic - from the valet to the check in receptionist to the manager. We also had to pay $15 to park overnight and I found hairs all over the shower. Not that it would impact my choice of hotels but of note there was no mini fridge in either of the rooms we stayed in. We also felt that the value for money was also not worth it. We would not stay here again. The photos provided so far on trip advisor are true to form and exactly what the hotel looks like.

This place is awesome! The only reason we gave a 4 star for the amenities is that the bed kinda ******. It was very firm and not forgiving in the slightest. The room as a whole and hotel were beautiful.

No signs showing where to park, so I parked at the valet parking. No valet there, had to give keys to person at check-in. Sent message that I needed to have car at 6:15 AM as directed. Got to room, sat down on very uncomfortable folding chair and saw a man's sock under the bed.
In the morning went to check out, car not there, person at checkout opened the cabinet and said which keys are yours. I found my keys, she gave me a barcode sticker to get out of the garage and was directed to an alley behind the hotel where my car was parked. Scanned barcode but it wouldn't let me out so I paid to get out of the garage.
Not impressed and won't be staying here again and wouldn't recommend.

Stay was great, enjoyed the room, the atmosphere the whole thing. Only feedback would be to clean the rooms. We had to clean out the shower drain in order for the water to drain and there were cocktail sticks all over the room.

The hotel was located in a convenient location with a parking garage around the block. The check-in desk was surprisingly at the bar (very cool), and the lady was very nice, professional, and happy. The hotel was nice and clean. The bed was hard, and I didn't like the sliding barn door style bathroom door (not very private). Also, the morning light came in past the window blinds. I would stay again.

The stay was fine. More of a hipster vibe. Kind of pricey for what's included. The minimalist decor doesn't do it for me, but the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Short stay at the Moxy
We stayed at the Moxy over Easter. It only one night, but i will definitely choose this hotel again for the customer service alone. The only con is it doesn't have any parking. They offer valet parking.
