The room is not big, not 55 square meters at all, 30 square meters at most. The most disgusting thing is that there are bugs on the bed, and there are more than one 🤢. I curled up all night.

Noisy drunken neighbours.. No milk to make coffee with, No facial tissues, I expect more for $140. Other than that the room was okay, bed was comfortable. The hotel is right next to the main road so there is a bit of traffic noise.

Pleasant reception staff (apologies, I don’t remember your name). Clean, comfortable, affordable and close to Aldi, Servo, Liquor Store etc. Pubs, Restaurants and city centre a few minutes by car. Airport is really close which is quite convenient if flying in or out. Great little place to stay. Would totally recommend. Thank you.

Organized late check in with hotel, due to a truck issue's on the way, which was great!
Arrived at hotel to find room not cleaned from previous stay. Bed unmade, coffee cups un-washed, used towels etc.
Luckily, I was that tired I could have slept in a crack house.
Mistakes happen, just sucks it happened after an already terrible day.

It was easy to book in, and their communication throughout was great. The room was clean, tidy and functional. The rates were excellent. There is absolutely no reason for any complaints. The location is also good. Should we need to stay in Rockhampton in future, we will stay here.
