Es la tercera vez que vamos, el hotel como siempre está genial, ubicación, instalaciones, spa, nada malo que decir. La única diferencia a los años anteriores es que este año hemos ido con un vehículo eléctrico, el hotel ofrece punto de carga para vehículos eléctricos, aunque son propiedad de Endesa. Hay cuatro cargadores y ninguno de ellos funcionaba ( lo más cercano 15km). Cuando pregunté en recepción me dijeron que unos clientes habían dicho hace días que dos no funcionaban pero que no sabían mucho más, que era responsabilidad de Endesa, sin embargo se ofrece punto de carga en los servicios del hotel, creo que deberían de preocuparse de cumplir con lo que ofrecen, cuando tienes un coche eléctrico esto es bastante importante. Ninguno de los 5 días pudimos cargar allí, sólo pudieron cargar los clientes de Endesa con la tarjeta de Endesa, sino imposible.

La verdad para ser un 4 estrellas deja algo que desear: la puerta de la sauna rota al igual que el armario de la habitación, colchón hundido… y recepción???, sin más. Eso sí tanto el personal del spa como el personal que atiende el servicio de desayuno muy amables.
