We are from Assam and visited Prayagraj to attend the Maha Kumbha Mela.We booked Hotel Shree Kanha Residency from 9th January to 13th January,2025.We were given the number of CMD Shri Shashwat and he pleasantly gave us the location and guided us and also arranged for Manager Shri Nikhil Pandey to contact us.Shri Pandey arranged transportation from Railway Station to hotel late at night. Arriving at the hotel we found our room very spacious and comfortable.All arrangements were available and working. The bed sheets, bathrooms and other facilities were near and clean.The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. I must also mention Manager Shri Ajay Singh who delivered all requests promptly. Another Manager Shri Abhishek ji also gave us good local knowledge about the Kumbha Mela and other important details. The hotel also has a superb restaurant Zimana where you can get varieties of delicious vegetarian dishes. All in all it is a fantastic hotel, situated very near Railway Station,in a quiet locality. I had chosen this hotel for its vicinity to the prayagraj station and ssb allahabad and wasn't dissapointed at all. The room was clean as was the toilet. Geyser/hot water all throughout(dec23. Though they had restaurant facility. I had my food outside/just beside the hotel premises. Toto/autos were readily available all throughout the day n night for travel-ling around. One can just walk to the main station from the hotel. I stayed on the 3rd floor and there were two lifts working simultaneously. The staff and management were polite and allowed me to stay for 3 more hours beyond checkout time due to the odd timing of my train departure. We(me n my son) stayed in the basic double bedded room booked through 'make my trip' as always. Thank you hotel prayag and make my trip.

Hotel location is little inside. Rooms are neat and clean and staff are polite. Restaurant food is good and reasonable. Washrooms are good.

We had a very good stay at hotel grand continental - prayagraj (allahabad) u. P. Manager mr ashish verma & mr mukarram, were very well behaved, polite & were very helpful. Hotel was clean & hygienic, food was nice, rooms & toilets were clean up to the mark. The managers & staff were prom t & responsive & well behaved we had a nice & happy stay.

All servicess provided by hotel kashi were excellent and above the lable .the owner was taking personal interest in every problam. hotel staff was well behaved .they were very humble and provided evey service in minimum time in room and dinning hall.rooms were neat n clean evry thing in the room was properly placed .I'm very much impressed by this hotel kashi prayagraj n I will suggest the people n my reletive to stay here thanks .love prayag love hotel kashi
