the staffs were good, but when we booked at one place they took us to another with same name. the linen was neat but room was extremely cramped and no hot water in the bathroom no toiletries

Horrible stay at the hotel. Dirty Hotel. Manner less staff and even the female staffs are filthy to talk. No facility at the hotel. Seems like you staying on the footpath.

Very worst experience The actual hotel was not the Prayagaraj Town, In they showed Some photos are not related to the hotel which was arranged for us, TheBasic amenities are not provided in the hotel like water, pillow, towel & blanket. Location was ok, Room was very old, dirty, not maintained not as showing . Bed sheet and pillows were very dirty. Not able to sleep. should inspect this property and remove this property Otherwise name will be spoiled.Staffs were very rude. I never seen such worst hotel in my life.

I was disappointed to find that despite room availability, i was accommodated in a different hotel, hotel vivek inn. Unfortunately, the room was extremely congested and lacked basic amenities. The room had only one bed, an air conditioner, and a phone, which was oddly placed on a dustbin. There was no table or any other furniture, forcing us to place our belongings, including phones and clothes, on the floor. I was so disappointed with the subpar condition of the room that i didn't even feel like taking pictures. Unfortunately, i had made a last-minute booking and had no other options. The room was unventilated and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, the elevator was tiny, only accommodating two people at a time

Better than i expected, smaller room but we'll maintained. Given the mahakumbh rush, wasn't expecting the rooms to be this managed. However it is a bit expensive then again it's mahakumbh.
