The hotel allocated the room which was supposed to be under repair as teh bath tub was damaged and there was no other space to have bath. Even after complaining twice on 12th nov, the staff didn't responded for any kind of room change. Later again i take up this issue quite strictly in the morning on 13th nov, then only they arrange the other option. In the room no. 301 which was allocated, the chair was broken and twice complaint but the approach of the staff was same and till i checked out the damaged chair was replaced. The quality of shampoo, & shower gel, & the body lotion is very poor, it should be improved or they can provide any branded items in a small packings.
