location was just stuck to railway track..which was not mentioned at all in the details of the property..cleanliness was very poor, in one of the room ac was not working and after 3 follow ups we were provided with new room

Great stay at Max Hotel, awesome breakfast. Good staff behavior specially Swarnava from reception and Komal was great in their role. I will surely visit again to have the good experience again. Highly recommended to the travellers. Adjacent to railways

It is a wonderful experience while we enjoyed our stay in your property. First of all , hotel is situated adjacent to Proyagraj junction railway station . It is a great advantage for the guest. All staff are very cordial and look after the guest with efficient and prompt services. In this regard I would like to mention specially the services rendered by Ms.Komal and Swarnavo. Quality of food is very good and deliciously prepared by the chef. In premises, definitely recommended for family and couple beside corporate persons. Overall grading is Excellent

We had a really pleasant stay, staff was helpful and they offer welcome drink juice for kids were a sweet gesture and made us feel special. Receptionist help us to arrange cab to visit local alopi mandir as shakti peeth and hanuman mandir and at reception specially rajnish which booked our room and his manager jasheep guide us regarding explore prayagraj and help us to catch train . Food was good ,my kids like noodles chef hukum provide less spicy on request.and room spacious.nxt visit again
