Room size very small and service is very poor, can not stay and this is not comfortable as per price. This hotel price should be only 1500 with gst as per room and service.

We stayed at the hotel UR this month to explore the Holy Sangam. The hotel is approximately 4 km from the mela grounds and is easy to approach. The hotel staff on our request gave us complete guidance for the Sangam rituals and we found it extremely convenient in our sangam rituals. We witnessed a lot of development going in and around the city for Kumbh Mela. Will definitely come and witness the grandeur of the Kumbh mela. We found all good about the property.

Room was terrible, you could find dust everywhere in the room. Condition of washroom was too pathetic

The bathroom was not clean. The toilet seat cover was broken. I booked a standard room and requested for early check-in but they gave a so-called deluxe room and charged an extra 1000 rupees. Since i had given them the information that i won't be staying for the entire duration, they called me up at my room and requested for an early check-out as some of their guests were waiting, a courtesy that they did not extend to me when i was trying to check-in.

We booked 7 rooms in UR hotel from 19/20 September. Out of 7 rooms only one or two rooms A/c was working. Geeysar was out of order in most of the rooms. They supply hot water in bucket. Worst experience, they quoted the rate with Breakfast. When we reminded the hotel for the breakfast, they sent for the purchase of atta and made puri and served at 11 A.M . One plate of 2 puri for one person. Food was prepared in second floor and served in 4 th floor. Poor management. Never again UR hotel.

The room bedsheet & toilet are not clean. Insect in a room like kakorch. No breakfast option only a single dish offered in room & room size is also small. Overall it is not recommended for working travel people to book this room

Amenities as given in the details are not available. Heat convector was not available. Size of room and toilet is very small. Tea is not served before 8. 00 am. The charges for breakfast also demanded inspite of including breakfast charges in the terriff.
