We booked six rooms through MMT, but two of them were in terrible condition. We first tried resolving it directly with the hotel, but they refused to change the rooms, claiming they were fully booked. Even after escalating, the response remained the same. Eventually, they gave the excuse that since we didn’t return the keys on time, someone else occupied the rooms. But why wasn’t the same set of six rooms allotted to us from the start? This entire hassle could have been avoided with proper planning.
