Dear My Trip Team,
I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent stay at your property. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the overall experience, especially considering the amount I paid for the room. Below are the main issues I encountered:
Room Value:
The room we stayed in was not worth the money we paid. We believe it is a temporary tent, but even so, customers should not be charged such high prices for such accommodations.
Limited Dining Options:
There were no options to choose from for breakfast and lunch. This lack of variety made our stay less comfortable.
Hot Water Issues:
There was no hot water available during our stay. When I raised the issue with the staff, the reasons they provided were unacceptable and did not resolve the problem.
Pricing Discrepancy:
I found out that the walk-in price was cheaper than the online booking price. A neighbor who walked in mentioned paying less, which raised concerns about the pricing structure.
Communication Barriers:
The staff could only communicate in Hindi, which made it very difficult to resolve issues or understand important information.
Booking Concerns:
Did Trip.Com visit the property before accepting the pricing provided by The Maha Kumbh Vatika Tent Owner or the person in charge? Based on my experience, I question whether the service and facilities were accurately represented.
Overpricing for Temporary Tent:
While we understand that this may be a temporary tent setup, customers should not be overcharged or misled. We strongly believe the price does not reflect the quality of the accommodations.
Given these issues, I feel that the value for the price we paid was extremely lacking. I would appreciate your attention to these matters and any resolution or compensation you can provide.
