It was ready disasterous. The toilets were broken and smelly and disgustingly filthy. The bed sheet we asked for the change, still get torn dirty and stained with god awful smell. There were no room supplies and the room looked totally opposite to what we booked. Upon several requests the room attendant cleaned the room and used same brush for toilet, wc, sink and our table and bed. Horrible horrible service of my life.

The place is terribly overcharging for the price they charged. Even the listed amenities were not provided. They gave 2 and floor to the elder occupants even after confirming on call for availability at lower floors. The hygiene aspect was terrible, no free wifi as they listed, no toiletries, no towels. Please do not book here if you want a worry free stay. Also the mmt customer care failed to intervene, the owner/reception was argumentative about the amenities.

single bed rooms are worst... no dusting, no fan, honking sounds tiny 40sq ft room.. Uncleaned common bathroom and toilets.

my room was like servant quarters.
but it was wirth only for rs 200 max. doors and windows of iron were like made of scrap material. room size would be max 150x100. washrooms common outside were horrible.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The photos displayed on the booking were completely misleading— . The actual condition of the hotel was unacceptable, making it impossible for anyone to stay there.
The rooms were filthy, poorly maintained, and completely different from what was promised. the management clearly misrepresented the property . On top of that, service was nonexistent, and any attempt to address concerns was ignored.
I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else!

"I'm extremely disappointed with the room provided to me. It didn't match the one shown, and the overall condition was poor and terrible. I feel duped, considering I paid approximately for a 2-night stay. In my opinion, the room's actual value is around ₹500 per night.
