It was exorbitantly priced. The normal rate was INR 2500 per night but I had to pay 8500 per night when I booked room through Make My Trip. I paid for surge price when the rooms were actually vacant in the hotel. There should have been some moderation by MMT. Totally disappointed with MMT. It is not maximising profits, it is plain and simple cheating. Would expect MMT to refund at least INR 5000. Hope to hear soon from MMT.

Location is prime located around shopping and good restaurants. Breakfast aalo prathana was excellent. Room service was good, though the fridge condition was in a bad shape and cockroaches running in the bathroom and the fridge. Most of the service employees were good except few are laid back. Overall an average experience nothing extra ordinary.

Location is good, near to station. Food we had fried rice and chilli pane-er it was tasty you can try. Safety was ok. Hygiene need improvement.

The staff was very unprofessional and rude, room was very shabby, a broken cupboard, no dressing table in room, despite special request for driver, no arrangements were made, even facilities were very poor. Very poor management. Would not recommend it to anyone. Please post my review on mmt page about poor experience at hotel vilas
