Location - excellent, i checked in around 5. 30pm & my room wasn’t ready. Team was fixing curtains. I booked a deluxe room, paid extra. There were mosquitoes inside room. Somehow i settled & soon after drilling work started which was very noisy. I got ready & went out. Came back after 10. 30pm. There was marriage party on pool making lot of noise. It was going on till mid night. I called reception to inform about this. Breakfast spread was good. Staff was good with me.

We had a bad experience in hotel castillo. I became sick at castillo hotel, but they didn't care for me, that too at my cost. I vehemently condemn the service and behaviour of the staff. We are extremely dissatisfied of the service of the staff towards a customer who fell sick at your hotel castillo varanasi. We netted out indifferent attitude of the staff. Saw a lot of mixed reviews, was a little worried but it turned out pretty well. Room was quite spacious and clean. Everything was provided all kits and room service was prompt too. Though i found a mosquito but the room had all out. The only thing was its cost almost 7k without breakfast was too much seeing the property and room.

It is a budget hotel, so my expectations from this hotel are within its limits. It is located in naini on the main road. The aka i ac was very nice, and the staff was very helpful and ever-smiling. The food options were limited and most of the items on the menu were not available. However, the food that was available was cheap yet reasonably good. The main advantage of this hotel is its closeness to the sangam from the naini side. Overall, we liked the hotel within its limits.

We are from Assam and visited Prayagraj to attend the Maha Kumbha Mela.We booked Hotel Shree Kanha Residency from 9th January to 13th January,2025.We were given the number of CMD Shri Shashwat and he pleasantly gave us the location and guided us and also arranged for Manager Shri Nikhil Pandey to contact us.Shri Pandey arranged transportation from Railway Station to hotel late at night. Arriving at the hotel we found our room very spacious and comfortable.All arrangements were available and working. The bed sheets, bathrooms and other facilities were near and clean.The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. I must also mention Manager Shri Ajay Singh who delivered all requests promptly. Another Manager Shri Abhishek ji also gave us good local knowledge about the Kumbha Mela and other important details. The hotel also has a superb restaurant Zimana where you can get varieties of delicious vegetarian dishes. All in all it is a fantastic hotel, situated very near Railway Station,in a quiet locality.
