Schönes, ruhiges Hotel, mein Zimmer hatte Flussblick. Die Zimmer sind nicht groß, aber gut geschnitten. Die Getränke im Kühlschrank waren inklusive, der Empfang freundlich.

leider waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt nicht so zufrieden. Trotz garaniertem Check in bis 15 Uhr mussten wir um 16 Uhr noch weitere 10 MInuten nach Ankunft warten. Das Zimmer war auch nicht sehr sauber, im Bad waren an der Dusche noch Shampooreste des Vorgängers und die Duschabtrennung war total verkalkt, dieses Metallregal war voller Wasserflecken und einer der drei Zahnputzbecher sah schon benutzt aus. Im ZImmer selbst war es teilweise sehr staubig. Es wurde uns gesagt die 5 Getränke im Kühlschrank wären frei, aber es waren auch nur 3 drin. Das es am ersten Tag keine Zimmerreinigung gab wurde uns auch erst bei Ankunft mitgeteilt, somit konnten die Mängel auch nicht behoben werden. Da die Rezeption am Samstag und Sonntag erst ab 14 Uhr ibesetzt war konnten wir auch nicht reklamieren. Dazu blieb auch noch der Aufzug stecken. Also alles in allem war es nicht so sehr nach unseren Vorstellungen

Frühstück Top,sehr freundliches Personal in allen bereichen ,vor allem in der Küche die sich professionel und Aufopferungsvoll um die Gäste gekümmert haben . Zudem mussten die 3 Personen auch noch alle anderen Arbeiten erledigen ,was überhaupt nicht möglich war.
Die Sauberkeit hat auf Gund erheblichen Personl mangels gelitten.
