Beautiful hotel with all the trimmings in an idyllic setting, in the middle of nature. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained. The food is very tasty and the breakfast is top notch. The staff are exceptionally attentive and helpful. A dream place to relax. We will definitely come back!

Super schöne Hotelanlage & nettes Personal. Gibt eigentlich nichts auszusetzen. Nur eine Sache: kritisch möchte ich erwähnen, dass wir zwar ohne Reservierung auf einen Tisch für das Dinner warteten; die Kellerin sagte uns, dass sie in einer Sekunde bei uns wäre, nach 25 Minuten gingen wir dann jedoch, weil sie wohl auf uns vergessen hatte, obwohl sie ständig an uns vorbeiging.

Rummen fräscha, maten god!
Servicen har en del att önska och där både missar av beställningar skedde, bortglömda bokningar för middag och även miss av att leverera tapas till våra fördrinkar. Dock ingen kompensation för detta utan ett vänligt ursäkta.
Dock skuggar inte det allt för mycket då miljön och arkitekturen är väldigt imponerande.

This is a new hotel set in a calm, out of the way natural area in hundreds of hectares of land. It’s beautiful and the rooms are large and well appointed. There’s a stunning infinity pool with underwater seats and a far away view of the ocean.
This could be a wonderful SPA hotel where to unwind, rest, hike etc. Indeed we were told there’s a plan to create a dedicated, adults only yoga/spa area, as the current one is pretty, but too small. The hotel will definitely benefit by having a children playground and or adult-only areas, to make it more serene for those who do not travel with children and seek to enjoy the natural, quiet beauty of the area.
There’s the lost stunning coastline with up he, dramatic cliffs and rock formations about 20 mins drive away, not too be missed.

Ein wunderschönes, ruhiges Ressort in Mitten eines Naturparks ... sehr ruhig, sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet - wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Restaurant hat allerdings eine sehr kleine Karte - am ersten Abend unserer Ankunft war man auch mit einer Gesellschaft von 20 Gästen bereits "ausgebucht" - das Frühstück ist allerdings sehr gut und geschmackvoll landestypisch zusammengestellt. Das Ressort ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern, Radfahrer oder einfach entspannen...

Just lovely! This was our second stay here and it was perfect. The staff are very professional and very friendly. Main shout out has to go to - the reception staff and porters - to Joao in the bar (he looked after me so well as I have allergies) - also to Alice in the restaurant, such a fun and efficient lady, not forgetting lovely Dimitry. We also treated ourselves to spa treatments which were very good. I'm a fussy one over massages and it was up there with the best I've had. Definitely visit the local unspoilt beach, worth the dodgy remote track but make sure your car is up to it, our little Peugeot was fine, just! We saw that some residents had cycled (electric bikes) but that seemed far too energetic. We also drove to Praia de Monte Clerigo, which has a very good and unbelievably busy cafe called O Ze. Another day we went to O Paulo overlooking Arrifana beach. Beautiful seafood and a good wander on the beach watching the very brave surfers.

Hôtel splendide et très confortable au calme dans une réserve naturelle. Très bon petit déjeuner, piscine splendide, chaise longue très confortable et une immense chambre avec vue sur l'océan. Le tout loin du monde et de l'agitation de l Algarve ! Que du bonheur !

The property is lovely. Rooms were amazing and the food was superb. The staff were so nice and sought to be helpful. However the service was lacking. She. They get that together it will be an incredible resort.
