Renaissance ClubSport Aliso Viejo Laguna Beach Hotel

The service is what sets this hotel apart! Due to a leak in our home we checked in snd by the time we got settled in our room it was 4pm before I made it down to the lobby bar/restaurant to have a bite to eat. Sam and Fernando made me feel welcomed and provided excellent service and I didn’t feel alone eating at the bar. Later that evening when my husband and son felt better we all went down for a late dinner and Irma was great! The next day Yara and Bianca made me the best drink I ever had, they were so kind and sweet I returned the next day for a treat! I placed lots of food orders for pick up and the entire team in the kitchen was amazing and everything tasted delicious!! The 2 female cooks, and the 2 male cooks were the best - and the chef that made the fish tacos was called out so I could thank him!! It’s clear Sarah leads by example and the team all goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. Katie and Ashlee helped with all my pick up orders. I meet Janet (housekeeping) and she made sure our room was well stocked. I will definitely be back just to dine here once we back in our house. Great hotel for weekend getaways with amazing amenities.

Best gym and spa !

Hotel room really remodelled, bedding is excellent and clean. Frond desk agent Cole very polite snd helpful. Pool, jacuzzi and sport club is plus. We hope they not charging $35.00 for parking, which was empty. Overall we like it.

The British Bartender and the Great Atmosphere of the Staff were amazing so capable 😁😁 wish i could have seen Chris Collett but she was not working.a really great Friend and Fun!!!!! Tell her Tony 👑💖 says HELLOxxxxx Thank you all to the Front Desk Staff and the staff that 😀Checked me in the room and everything was Amazing 😻 Love you all.i think maybe i was overcharged by mistake as both nights were on a Special Discount 😄i am still in Doubt About my price
