17 members of our family friend circle stayed for two nights (February 19-20, 2024) at their Jaldapara resort. To be honest, we couldn't find a single reason to recommend it to others except for the food quality. Poor rooms: No mirror in washrooms, no geysers either!!! Can you imagine to take bath with cold water when temperature is hovering between 11-15 degree celsius.. later on we came to know that they have geysers at adjacent block rooms which were not informed us earlier while booking. So in our cases, we have take the washroom bucket in their hallroom and they will give you provide you hot water and you need to drag it to your washroom, can you imagine such non-sense! Poor Management: They have a huge ground field in front of their hotel which is adjacent to tea estates but they do not keep any outdoor playing items or children playing items either. Also they arranged bonfire for us as requested, but next day morning till 10 AM stray dogs starts licking those bonfire iron rods due to its non-veg flavour...there was no one else to clean it up! Remote Location and Rough Roads: The resort is situated far from the main road (approximately 3-4 KM), with poorly maintained roads leading to it. This becomes problematic, especially when alternative food options are not there. Moreover, during emergencies such as medical issues at night, lack of nearby transportation compounds the situation, particularly if guests haven't arrived with their own vehicles. Only thing we liked their food quality, though its on higher range but this is the only thing we liked about this resort! Honestly, you do not need to stay for 2 days at such an odd location. There are plenty of resorts near around your jungle safari location. ````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````````
