Perfect stay. Very friendly. Early check in was possible. Clean and comfortable room.

Booked three seaview rooms and given two and a room overlooking the rooftops of the buildings at the back of the property - shower in the bedroom and when we complained we were given a lame explanation that there was something wrong with the other seaview room - well yes - it had someone in there. We booked this in January so no excuse. Our fellow traveler had to stay in another property and I spoke to the owner after discussing with *********** and was assured I would get a refund - 2 months on still nothing. They have to investigate. Lies and avoiding paying the Euro399 we paid. They had a list of rules and a phone number to contact if we needed anything - no replies for the three days we were there. Poor customer service and poor follow upon an issue which we had to resolve ourselves. I wouldn't recommend staying there as you are not guaranteed your room type. Missing amenities and as we had no way to contact the staff or management we couldn't have our doors open at night as the mosquitos would carry us away - they provided empty mosquito repellent plug ins - useless.

What a lovely quaint property in a tiny seaside town. The staff went above any beyond but also gave you plenty of space to enjoy on your own. I did not have a car for my stay so it was really nice that we were right in town. I did see negative reviews from others and really can't imagine why they wrote those. I have a wonderful and peaceful stay!
