The staff is very polite by nature and the owner is also very polite by nature, the food was also very good. Room and bathroom were clean, service is always available. I am very happy to stay here

I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone because in the Photos it looks to different and in reality it is worse coolers don’t work .If they work they will throw dust and rooms were not clean . Please don’t stay in this hotel

Pros - 1. Staff behavior is good. 2. Location near old bus stand. Cons 1. Small room

3. Only cooler in room
4. Bathroom leaking all the time
5. Spider webs in the room
6. Tv not working
7. Dust on the bed not cleaned for months
8. No table no dustbin no almirah in the room.

the rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. the staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. nothing was too much trouble.

Location of hotel is on road and easy to find. Check in process is very smooth and attender behaviour is friendly. Room and bathroom is in clean condition.

Great value for money shard-ha hotel location was fantastic, room was spacious, place was clean, staff were friendly, water pressure was strong and water heater worked well.
